The host was so gracious and checked with us through our traveling, she then checked us in comfortably even over her check-in time, held a good conversation with us and made us feel at home. The property both the outside and inside, truly is a little haven tucked in a great location within Bloemfontein. Safe with easy access to malls, shops, garages, food places etc and secure parking available. The entire b&b is warm, comfortable, absolutely beautiful and super clean. The little touches of tlc were visible in the extra care taken in our rooms and bathrooms that I have not seen even at hotels. My children did not want to leave their room & we will definitely be going back.

I love the feeling of home that the guesthouse offers. The owner was great and did everything to make us feel welcome. I would recommend this guesthouse to anyone travelling to Bloemfontein. Everything that you would need is in the rooms. It is value for money. There is a braai area and a swimming pool. As well as comfortable rooms with a balcony. It is a huge plus that it has safe parking. I loved my stay here and will absolutely stay here again. It was a really great experience and such lovely people working there.

Our host was very accommodation as assisted us with our request to include another family member on our stay at the last minute. Our room was cleaned and dishes were washed for us while we were out, which we did not expect but was grateful for. My family enjoyed the variety of channels available when watching tv and having access to wifi.

Getting the water temperature right while showering was difficult most times. The cold water pressure would either be too low causing water to get very hot or there would be a sudden pressure change causing cold water to come out too much making the shower water very cold.

The place is really nice, great hospitality from the host, and the bonus was that we were able to heat up the room to stay warm- we visited during winter season. My husband and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was amazing, always checking up on us. If we ever needed anything, they were always there to assist. I recommend this place to anyone, visiting Bloemfontein.

Nothing much I didn't like. I just struggled a bit warming the aircon. It kept blowing cold. But the rest of our stay was great.

The area is secure with electric fence. Good for safety. The room was clean and spacious and has everything you need. Convenient!

The double bed makes some noise☹️.

It's perfect for an overnight stay. The rooms are very clean and smell really nice. Room also had heaters so it helped with the cold 😍. Loved it!

The location was just too good for the event I was attending. It was a few minutes drive to the stadium where I was attending the convention, very close convenience shops as well. I did not request for breakfast

We booked 2 rooms with kids. They put us accross from each other. Rooms are spacious and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Dont have negative thoughts
