The room warmed up so well, this was a bonus for me as we had a kid. The room was also very spacious. The lady who was at reception when we arrived gave us a best welcome - good first impression. The place looked n felt safe and that gave us a restful sleep. Safety was key when deciding where to spend the night

The shower mixer😭 took long to get hot water and also not easy to get a good mix of cold n hot water

The staff was quite helpful and we didn’t struggle to get anything. It was also very clean. The rooms were comfortable and the fact that there were aircons in the room was an extra plus! Especially in this heat.

The room we were in was a struggle with plugs. We had to move the bed to get a plug as there was only 1 plug for the lights, the fridge and the other plugs were in the cupboard side.

Location was easy to find. I had to leave early so I didn't have my breakfast.... not a fault of the lodge. I liked the room, was spacious yet cozy. there was an extra blanket, so I was very comfortable. The lady at reception when I arrived was very friendly. There was a gentleman to check me out early in the morning.

The staff was conscientious and gracious to me...the grounds were immaculate and well geared for large groups or in my case, the solo traveler. And I felt quite secure there as well.

Honestly for a long stay, l can't think a thing

The breakfast was delicious and had a lot to choose from. The bed was so comfy. Both Netflix and aircon in the room was a blessing. The staff were professional and friendly.

The tiles and cupboards in the room were a bit tired, but I understand the property is having work done over the next year. Once that is done, I think it will be great.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and went their way to wait for us even when we arrived late and the lady even changed the setting of our beds to meet our desire. Even when we ask her that we can do it for ourselves she insisted and did it exceptionally. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is just a recommendation, to kindly have variety of breakfast and also have things to substitute with when a person does not eat certain things. For instance, I do not eat bacon and baked beans, maybe you can substitute that with either another eggs and chips.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel that truly offers great value for money. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and I loved that some had patios with tables outside – a nice touch. The beds were large and comfortable, equipped with TVs featuring smart view and Netflix for entertainment. The fast internet was a definite plus, and the breakfast was not only great but served with excellent service. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Nothing it really was perfect value for money.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our bed was really wide and super comfortable. Plenty of free secure parking. We had to be back on the road by 5.30 but the chef still made us generous packed food to go, all inclusive. The lodge was situated near shopping malls. Would definitely stay here again.

The welcome we received from a dynamic receptionist Joani, was so amazing after our long trip, and the packed Breakfasts she arranged for our trip the next morning, was an added bonus. The rooms were so spacious, comfortable, clean & well maintained. The location was perfect with safe parking inside the property, and we felt extremely safe knowing that a Security Guard was on duty, and he was so helpful and friendly.

The lodge is stylish and comfortable. The staff made sure that my specific circumstances were accommodated as far as possible and made sure that my stay was comfortable and pleasant. Staff members were very efficient and friendly. I’ll be back again.
