Location - easy access from and to the highway, situated right next to a mall - the bonus part of this was direct walking access to into the mall. The Room - whilst a little old school, it was nice and spacious with a super comfortable bed and all other basic amenities needed. Breakfast was also included and it was truly delicious in terms of variety. The Staff - this is where this hotel shines most, every member of staff went above and beyond to assist us whilst maintaining a genuine demeanor of friendliness- I appreciated this level of service most!

Nothing really, whilst a little dated in terms of modernity, this didn’t affect any level of service or comfort. I would most certainly stay here again.

Lovely verandah on the ground floor overlooking the pool area. Friendly staff. Manageress was very helpful when there was some confusion about my room for the second 2 nights. Nice on-site restaurant.

People smoking in the non-smoking area outside the restaurant and when informed the restaurant staff they didnt move them or tell them they couldn't smoke there so we had to take the only other table outside in the smoking area until someone started smoking closer to our table (in the non-smoking area again but it was blowing onto our table) and we had to move inside. Please note there was ash trays in the non-smoking area. Some of the food at breakfast buffet was old and dried out by the time we ate.

Breakfast was up to standard and you can get freshly made items such as omlette etc if desired. The connecting walkway to the shopping centre was a bonus if you need to nip through for a change of scenery without going outside. Rooms and grounds kept very clean. Hotel felt very safe.

The hotel was very clean and every effort made to keep it to this standard, however bathrooms could do with an upgrade. There is only one socket which could be used in the room for any computers and other electrical equipment we had that needing charged etc. Not all rooms had small fridge.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Breakfast was great with multiple options. Beautiful garden, easy access to the mall, safe parking, friendly staff and fast service. My family had a good weekend.

There's nothing I didn't like. Maybe you can consider changing your furniture to modern styles, that's the only improvement I can suggest, otherwise I'm satisfied.

Staff, breakfast and the hospitality in general was exceptional. Breakfast 😋😋 I felt like staying in the dining hall for the whole day and just eat😊😊. Staff making sure our laggage is in the rooms, giving us ices... Ahhhh.... Their service is so good indeed. I loved everything about this place.

My room felt like privious visitor smoked is inside🙄😏🙄😏

Lovely stop over, they were late with our room but arranged for us to have a room with pool view and easy access to the pool.

Was called at 10pm to sort our small tab which they refused to add to the room bill, this disturbed our sleep after a very long drive, as I had to settle the R80 bill immediately.....

The food. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. I also liked the shower design, it’s practical and functional with high pressure water. Also the fact that hotel is connected to the mall

The room was a bit small and dark, lighting not enough. The access cards were not working on the first go. Had to try to open the number of times until it finally opened.

The whole stay was very satisfying. The hotel was really clean and my favourite part would be the breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the pool was well maintained. The hotel is very safe and family friendly.

The access cards are not really user friendly because my door could not open easily. I think I had to try 5 times before the door could open.

The hotel is very well situated within Bloemfontein and has private access to the adjacent mall. The beautiful inner garden and pool area creates a relaxing area to swim, sunbathe and relax.

The restaurant is extremely pricey. We did not eat at the restaurant and noticed that most families staying at the hotel were ordering in food from local take-away vendors.

Spacious family room located next to the mimosa mall. Perfect stay for our half way stop between CPT and JHB. Good breakfast options and friendly staff. Access to the mall is through a access controlled door which leads to the movies and food court area.
