Exceptional service from the staff, reception ladies were immensely helpful especially with the Uber transportation, Thulani was a trooper, and Sbu by the restaurant..the room was clean and neat, the view was amazing..

Unfortunately the manager Eddie thinks we still in the previous Era with his racial issues..he doesn't serve black people by the restaurant, we sat there for a good 20mins I even approached him for a service n I didn't get any from him, but he gladly served white folks who came in after us..

Great staff everywhere. Great location. Great facilities.

The restaurant should consider opening in the evening and employing more staff. Food takes unreasonably long. A generator is a needed investment with the increase in loadshedding and the aging infrastructure in Sea Point.

The location is perfect, on the strand boulevard. Well priced for an overnight stay.

There is very limited parking on site, but public parking across the road. No coffee machine in the room as advertised (only a kettle). The hairdryer socket did not match any of the power outlets in the room.

I loved the location and the rooms where great.

We went to the restaurant on the property and twice they did not acknowledge or serve my wife and I. They greeted and served others but kept ignoring us and walking past us till we left each time and never went there for breakfast. It was sad to be honest.

Breakfast and location excellent, bu room A5 was not good from point of view that it had no windows so I didn’t even know when it was light It was noisy being on top of the pool

The room was on the ground floor n opens into the pool

There was a moist smell in the room and I couldn't get the Aircon to work

The staff at the Jooma restaurant are not very attentive. On our last day, they got our order wrong and they always chatting loudly amongst themselves.

Riviera Suites was in a great location right across the street from the ocean. We booked Hotel Room with Terrace and it was of good size. The terrace was large and had a seating area. The bathroom was lovely with a soaking tub separate from the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in the price, which was a 130R allowance each morning towards items at Jooma.

The facility is somewhat dated. It appears that the bathrooms have been upgraded recently but the carpets and furniture is a little worn or dated - but clean. We were on the ground floor and there is only tile outside the room so a lot of the noise from the lobby/other floors reverberated into the room.

I found the room cozy, very clean and modern. The staff were super friendly and the location was ideal - I had everything I needed within 5 minutes.

I found the staff at the restaurant very friendly, but the food wasn`t great at all. Please mention that there is a microwave in the room on your website. I didn`t bring a couple of snacks I would have liked because I didn`t realise there was one to make e.g. microwave popcorn.

Everything was fantastic! The room exceeded all expectations — spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The only small detail that felt a bit unusual for me was the lack of a door between the bathroom and the bedroom, but that’s just a personal preference. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the ocean is just across the street! Breakfast is served at a café right next to the hotel — literally just outside the entrance. Super convenient!
