I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff, expecially to the lady at reception. I forgot her name but she worked the day shift as is from Joburg. She was so welcoming, warm, friendly and just a sweet person and suggested few places where we could go. And the cup for excellent service goes to the Pink restaurant staff🏆a special thank you to the Manager Siphokazi and her staff Lain, Dolly, Zethu and Wiseman. You guys are the best!! I can't stop talking about you all and the 5 star treatment you gave us. Your smiles, the chats we had... Oh you really passionate about what you do and you do it so effortlessly. The other manger(gentleman with dreads). Not friendly at all. He would just stand by the door chatting to the waiters and go stand and the back by the kitchen. He won't even ask if you are okay or take your cup or plate when he passes your table even though he can see you are done dining. He is not a people's person at all. You could feel Siphokazi's absence.

Great location. High spec room and facilities. Lovely roof top pool with view of lions head and the ocean. Really good breakfast.

Sun loungers on the roof are made of stone so absorb the heat and can't really be used. No shade on roof.

We had a great stay at Station House. Fantastic location, very clean and modern facilities and design. Great breakfast and polite and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again and I recommend this place to others as a great base to explore Cape Town.

No issues, only thing is make sure you don't confuse Home Suite Hotels Station House with Home Suite Hotels Sea Point as we did on check in. (same hotel group, but 5 mins away from each other)

The location was unbeatable. It was safe at all times, the best clubs and restaurants been nearby , Interior was well designed, the room was big and nothing has been missing. The Staff was friendly and helpful at ALL times. If you care about security and luxury then the Station House is the place to be. Compliment to the cleaning Staff, they have been my favourite and lovely to talk to ! Communication, Check In , Luggage Storage etc is well organised. Electricity and WiFi always worked.

The machines in the gym were dirty The included breakfast / Voucher System wasn't my favourite, although the Restaurant is beautiful! Unfortunately a little incident occured when someone asked for me at the reception and the reception showed the Face Recognition Picture I took at the Check In, I would prefer that random people don't get that information.

The property lived up to my expectations in every way. It was incredibly comfortable and exactly as pictured, what you see in the photos is precisely what you get. The ambiance and decor matched the online images perfectly, which was a pleasant reassurance. There are two restaurants conveniently located on the property. We chose to have breakfast at Sonny and Irene, and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast options were delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and beautifully presented. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. It made for a great start to our day.

The cupboards had a bit of dust, which might be due to the nearby construction work.

Incredible location, easy access with a car to everything. Safe easy parking, close by cafes and shops for essentials and breakfast / brunch.

Reception was not very welcoming, check in felt like going to the bank. It was our first time in Cape town and we usually rely on hosts / hotel staff to point us to the right direction and tips of places to go or not to go. They were very friendly afterwards when we had an issue with the entry and the cleaning staff were super kind. Definitely a minor minor downside that doesn't take away from the fantastic welcome we had, but just be aware if you're looking for a host / welcoming place this is very much a transactional operation.

The hotel is great. It absolutely exceeded my expectations. There is a nice restaurant on the 9th floor (reservations are a must). Very nice breakfast/brunch canteen as well (open in the evening as well). There is a small drink/food shop as well. The view from the top of the hotel is gorgeous - make sure even if it is not pool season to go and take a look at Lion's head. Totally recommend. For Cape Town it is essential to have all these at hand without the need to walk out at evening. Area was okay but still Cape Town for me is not really a place for evening stroll. During the day - it is close to the beach and Beach road with a lot of people, bars, etc.

I don’t have enough words to praise this hotel. First of all the locatiom is perfect, right in the middle of sea point, and right beside a big supermarket. The room was very big, well equipped. Staff very polite. Breakfast at irene resto was the highlight. Went there every day and still didn’t tried everything in the menu. Really like that group cove & collection, they have many restos, all same good quality. Would def stay here again 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Everything was top notch especially the location. Breakfast was included in the restaurant (Sonny and Irene) located on the ground floor which we loved going to each morning. Service and quality of the food was excellent. We also had dinner at the restaurant on the 9th floor, “Nines”. Excellent place for dinner and watching the sunset. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the beach, stores, restaurants, and cafes. Hotel was also very secure and offered laundry at an unbeatable price.

Amazing location, safe area espcially for solo travellers. Room was perfect, roof top pool was great, the cafe downstairs is a instagram hot spot. Short walking distance to the beach for morning cold water plunges, on the same street as restaurants and nice boutiquey shops. Parking was extremely easy and accessible. If/when I come back to Cape Town I will be staying here.

Smelt like weed a lot of the time in the elevators, reception staff looking at their phones and social media when asking for help, little to no negatives to be honest.
