Right location,closer to the beach and other holiday makers amenities. Convenient for Uber or Bolt. Safe and vibey neighbourhood.

No assistance at all from hotel staff with carrying our bag up the stairs inspite of full view of the so called "butler" at the entrance. Thank God for our airport shuttle driver for recognising the challenge and assisting us with our bags.Hltel staff could have done done better. Those stairs are brutal to manoeuvre especially after one has travelling for hours to get to the destination. That was a cold welcome to me and almost threw me off but I had to centre myself and not let it spoil my holiday.

The hotel is close to restaurants and shops on the main road. We felt very safe even walking on the promenade.

The room did not have a desk which is usually needed when one travels for work. It is also disappointing that the website picture shows sea view from the balcony while that is not the case in reality. The balcony is facing other buildings not facing seaside.

We stayed here before. The location is great and the hotel is clean, the staff is truly very helpful with any question you might have!! There is a place in the lobby where you can get the different adventure tours and places which are worth visiting. A Restaurant is part of the property - great food and a wonderful atmosphere! One thing our two grandsons and we looked forward to, was the amazing breakfast - served from 6:30am to 10:30 am on weekdays and 11:00am on weekends! The omelets to dye for, fresh fruits, cheeses and about everything you can ask for to have a beautiful start of your day!💕!

We were greeted by very friendly staff The hotel was clean, the bar area was great and the breakfast had a very big choice The breakfast staff were great, always ready to help and the barman was friendly too The room was clean and tidy and the shower was great The location is great for exploring Cape Town, the red bus stops just down the road

Room was a bit small with not a lot of room to move around and it could do with a few more plugs to charge things.

Not a matter of not liking but I’d like to suggest putting a chair and maybe small shelf/table on the lovely balcony. The balcony is small but most sufficient. It’s lovely to have morning coffee on the balcony looking at the beachfront, so a chair would be nice (instead of moving the desk chair in and out of the balcony)

Being in Sea Point , great beds and duvets , the rooftop terrasse for drinks , safe parking

That you have to block an amount on your creditcard if you would like to put payment ( bar) on the room ! They have all my details incl. creditcard and passport and signature -I am not running away and with checkout one can all settle that ! Make me feel like a crimunal to " pay upfront " !! Never had that before !

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect. Close to everything. The Bed and pillows were really comfortable. That's all I really needed. I had a maintenance issue and they came immediately to fix it. They maintenance team was very efficient and respectful. I love the wood floors. It's nice to not have carpeting. Arthur's mini super across the street is a gem.

Weather proof the windows. The room was cold because there was air coming in from the windows. I had to sleep in my jumper and sweatpants and socks. A luggage rack would be helpful because the room is very small and my suitcase did not fit in the closet, so I had to leave it on the floor. The queen room is small. Perfect for one person.

We booked via booking.com only to find out that the prices has changed when we checked in and they were excluding breakfast and that is when we knew we should check out

We were on honeymoon for a week with Marriott Sea Point. It was an exceptional experience. The staff were all so helpful, we had a beautiful room with views. We were spoilt with a bottle of champange when the hotel found out we were on honeymoon. The pool was our go to place. Beautiful views and great room service. The breakfast was THE BEST!!!! This was really an amazing experience that we will always talk about and remember.
