The owner is just amazing, super-friendly, always willing to help, supports with restaurant suggestions and is literally always available. Same is true for the employees. Lebo is adorebale and gives the best to make one‘s stay as comfortable as possible!

1) Loadshedding was between 4 and 5 am every morning and probably due to a technical malfunction, the emergency lights in my room switched on everything during that time. Switching it off did not work. The owner also had no idea why it did not work but promised to let someone check. Unfortunately it was a weekend. 2) Water in the shower went from cold to cooking hot in seconds without touching the thing..

Joe had thought of every detail, the guesthouse was perfect! Joe met us on arrival and gave us lots of information about the local area and also ensured that we knew how everything worked within the apartment. Seapoint is a great base for exploring Cape Town and I would highly recommend Mountview Spa and Guesthouse

Shower and toilet facilities were amazing. All marble and burnished gold. Look like it should be in a five star hotel. The decor in the main seating/breakfast area was very nice with some quirky features such as the lighting. Staff were all lovely. Loved the seating area around the pool which was actually a decent size.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I love the swimming pool, the friendly staff, the lovely breakfast. Joe the owner is fabulous. He is very calm and helpful.

Mmm I have to think of this one. I would say a variation for breakfast. It's very delicious but they could provide a variation. For example some days have sausages, other days include muffins etc

Our welcome was fantastic, even though we were later than expected. Joe made us feel incredibly welcome the moment we walked through the door. He was the perfect host and made our stay very pleasurable. We couldnt have asked for more. We know we will be back when we are next in Cape Town. The breakfast was great, the scrambled eggs were DELICIOUS every day. The styling of the property is even better in real life that in the photos.

I don't really have any complaints. The only thing I could maybe say is that the cafetiere didnt do its job 100% but that's just because I am picky! There is no complaints from me at all about our stay. Loved it.

Excellent location, exceptional accommodation and amenities. Beautifully appointed rooms with high end facilities. So much attention to guest’s comfort. Definitely will stay there again.

For business travel an earlier breakfast would be appreciated. Breakfast is from 8-10am and suits tourists.

Premium and safe location, you can walk to the ocean promenade in less than five minutes. Rooms and perfectly clean and comfortable. The pool area is very nice and comfy as well Breakfast is served every morning with premium products and big smiles Staff is always there to give you tips and help you !

the quest house was very well decorated. The pool, the garden, the lounge everything was in the same style. Also the pool is nice on a hot day in Cape town. The breakfast was good! The owner of the guest house is very welcoming and helps you to book activities in Cape town. The room had everything you needed. Also the location of the guest house is good, near the restaurants!

Everything was really nice. But the room and the bathroom was a bit too small.

Location, Staff and Facilities were excellent. I felt comfortable overall in the the area and within the lodge.

The bed sheets were a bit uncomfortable and cold there was also a bit of a strange smell in my room, not too bad but noticeable.

Great location in Sea Point, walking distance to restaurants and the promenade. Joe the host and team were superb and very helpful when recommending local restaurants, bars and sight seeing activities which there are plenty in and around the Cape Town area.
