Beautiful room, clean everywhere throughout the hotel. Great amenities. Staff were super friendly. The most comfortable bed ever!!

Extremely comfortable beds, lovely clean, spacious and modern room, all the staff were friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. Good location in quiet neighbourhood. Nice touches in the room, coffee maker, kettle, teas and teapot. A daily bottle of water provided. The breakfast, served between 7.30am and 11:00am was exceptional, everything you could want and more and we were even provided with a breakfast box when we had to leave at 6.30am for an excursion.

Would have been nice to have local TV channels. Only YouTube or paid channels were available

The location was excellent (we went to see Robbie Williams at the stadium) for our needs, and the views, staff and hotel its self were truly amazing! I felt like I was on a "real" holiday! The roof top pool and bar were excellent, the breakfasts were delicious and fresh, and the fact that its pet friendly was amazing (I would book again in the future for a break, and bring my dog with)

Only comment (and not a bad one) was that for myself, the breakfast only being served from 7.30am was a little late. I had to work the following day, and with traffic in and out of town, I had to leave at 7am the following day so missed out on the breakfast. If you have a large vehicle, I would also just be careful as getting in the car park is quite tight, and on a one way street....

What a lovely stay it has been! We selected Home Suite Sea Points during our trip earlier in October as we spent the birthday of my girlfriend in Cape Town. The hotel team helped to prepare a small birthday surprise - that was very sweet :) We stayed in a standard room with sea view - it was spacious and comfortable. Also the sea view is a real sea (ocean) view as you expect it from the hotel photos, which is great. Nicely decorated rooms, attentive staff, finger-licking breakfast!

The area around is walkable in the daytime (just stay vigilant), but you need to uber to the restaurants in the evening. However, uber is affordable in Cape Town.

I have slept for 28 nights in the Home Suite Hotel Sea point. As the name from this hotel already described I felt everyday like home. The hotel room is very clean, they never forget something, but the whole hotel is very clean. Always fresh flowers on the tables. The breakfast was everyday amazing, with nice coffee and fresh fruit, eggs, yoghurt, healthy juices etc etc. everything what you need to start a new day was there. In the evening you have a nice menu with good burgers and salads. The staff was always very helpful and always smiling. The staff give every day 100 % effort in the service, they do everything what you need to make your day great. The hotel has an amazing view with a nice pool, with everyday fresh towels and sunscreen. The hotel has an own private parking space. And the location of the hotel is in a great place to explore cape town. I come definitely back to this hotel, but not only I come back for the hotel but also for the staff, because that is now my new family in Cape Town. Kind regards, Isabella , Klaas, Linda.

The staff was the stand out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Anele, Thulani, Palessa, Lolo, and Terrence, were some of the staff members we got to know, and they were always so helpful with recommendations, logistical information, they were super attentive, and were up to chat. Accomodation was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with off street parking, and pretty centrally located for a sprawling city. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the roof were excellent.

There wasn't much we didn't like. The property is on a hill, and we didn't feel comfortable walking around outside at night, but those were pretty minor concerns and unavoidable in the city.

We loved the size of our room, nice and big and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Sea front is only a block away. The area that the hotel is located in is quiet and has amazing views from the cafe / restaurant and rooftop pool / lounge area. The food was amazing, and the staff are excellent. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Truely a home away from home. Oh, and did I mention that they are pet friendly. Love, Love, Love, that and will definitely be back with our pet.

Breakfast was phenomenal, one of the best we had in SA. The room was spacious and the entire facility is very clean and modern

Despite us having given our car registration in advance, the system did not recognize the car and the gate didn't open. This leads to the guest blocking the road, frustrating the other cars. It wasn't just us, but also other cars during our stay. Just something small to keep in mind when arriving as it is a bit unpleasant The hotel is also priced in the upper echelon, at least for our dates, but I found the property not quite matching the price category when another cheaper hotel we stayed at before was more elegant

Fantastic large room with sea views in the distance. A large bed with sofa fridge water tea coffee shower room all in excellent condition. Chef at the cafe for breakfast great choice of foods to suit all. Quality sheets towels bed linen. There recommended provider for tours were African Eagle who were good quality company mini bus & guides all good and arranged by the reception staff at short notice. Cafe serves an evening menu which is very reasonable and varied, so useful if you have been out all day staff so keen to please. Palesa was so helpful on reception and let us call the airport when our booking went astray.

Location means there is a walk to centre of V&A 30 mins lovely along the seafront but only in the day. Uber at night is preferable and it’s not far from town by taxi. Well worth it for the hotel In our view!

Came with a group of 9 to celebrate my 40th birthday. The location was perfectly central to all area that we wanted to visit. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping did a great job everyday. The kitchen staff were all so friendly and made delicious breakfast and coffee everyday which was so appreciated. They even went above and beyond on my birthday, well really everyday we were there to make sure everyone in the group was well cared for.
