Other than the 2 complaints below, everything else was good.

The welcome message with all the codes only arrived the day after we arrived. When we made contact late Friday night. I was asked to prove proof of payment. This freaked me out. Such questions must be finalized before we arrive.

Great location.

Aircon didn’t work at all. Sent a text to ask regarding it but no response to that message. Communal kitchen area was locked by another guest from the inside and I couldn’t get in to warm food. I had to call in to the office to get someone to open. All room keys should have a key for communal area in case someone decides to do the same in future.

Good value for money, good location, quiet at night, clean and great communal kitchen areas. The cleaning lady was exceptionally helpful in getting us settled into our room.

The toilet in the bathroom did not work too well, rooms could be upgraded slightly to the level of the communal kitchen areas, but they are comfortable.

The housekeeping staff was so kind and the location is great! The community vibe is also super nice!

I was in room 9 which is a bit loud since it’s close to the kitchen and the beds are not the most comfy but okay.

Great place, great setup, very kind and helpful staff. The location is perfect as it is near most convinient stores, VA waterfront and restaurants. The area is safe and a friendly neighbourhood. Highly recommend

I had to work during my stay. I didn't suffer from loadshedding and the internet velocity was great. There is a bus stop and supermarket nearby which was also very handy. I would definitely come back.

Shower needs a door ... water ends up everywhere... but it's not a major issue for me .... some people might find it a bit problematic

The room was big and there was decent coffee in the room which I really appreciated. The location is really great too. The staff was helpful.

My stay was too short.

Great location, less than 20 minutes walking distance from V&A Waterfront. The room is clean and very spacious with an excellent bed.
