From arriving for check-in till check-out, the staff was friendly and super helpful. The place was clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows very comfortable. It's located in a beautiful area. Really enjoyed our stay at Curiocity and will definitely our choice of accommodation when we are in Cape Town.

The only downside was having to use stairs with suitcases but that's on us for over packing 🙈.

Staff was super friendly. Location was perfect after attending Calabash at the stadium. Room was great! We had a big balcony and huge windows as well so very airy and bright in the room. Will be our 'go to' from now on when attending any big event at the stadium. Loved our stay!

Great that there's parking inside, but perhaps managing it better will help staff and visitors. An easy parking plan with numbered bays and an allocation system at check-in so you know who's vehicles are where in case anyone is parked in. Luckily didn't have to wait too long though!

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful, all in all just what I needed for the night and it was a short uber from the waterfront

Beautiful huge suite - well equipped, very clean, comfortable bed, TV with Netflix, strong shower. Great location easy to get around and cafes / restaurants / bars etc. easy to walk to also easy to walk to the V&A waterfront

Breakfast not included despite cost of the suite, and the breakfast options were minimal / poor. There was also building work going on when we were there so it was tricky at times to dodge ladders / wet paint etc. with our backpacks on

Noise at night from street was quite loud with windows open. Lounge area needs more comfortable seating. Maintenance of the driveway was not communicated so our car got stuck inside, but we did make a plan to sort out the problem.

My food items were eaten from the shared fridge and it seems to have guests that have questionable ways of earning money

Incredible value for money and provided a comfortable and ideal place to stay for a week in Cape Town. Green point is a fantastic location to be close to the waterfront, various amenities, and good transport links. It also feels safe and welcoming. The room was well serviced, excellent views, and an ideal amount of space to relax in between activities. The kitchen had everything needed for two people, and we enjoyed being able to have some independence and be able to cook for ourselves.

As to be expected in South Africa, there is regular load shedding. It should be noted that CurioCity does not have power during load shedding apart from WiFi and a single light in the room working at lower power. There still seemed to be hot water, but it did mean that no cooking etc. could be done at these times. Worth being aware of and bringing a torch/lamp! Also to note that some rooms require 3 flights of stairs to access with no apparent lift available.
