There could have been more options for breakfast

The hotel facility is relatively new. Room is clean and enough space to put the belongings. Friendly staff. Location is good, not in CBD but can easily travel taking Uber.

The breakfast never changes, I stayed 7 days and it was always the same, sometimes I even had the speculation that some of the dishes were leftovers from the previous day. Also the cleaning service can get better, the staff was friendly but there was always something that the cleaning staff forgot to do, sometimes it was a missing towel, sometimes there was no bottle water provided.

Check in was easy, staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in great position, easy access either walking or driving to all of the main Cape Town attractions. Room had everything I required for my stay so would thoroughly recommend this establishment.

The space in the room was a little smaller than the clever photography made it look, however this was not a major concern for me.

Good for business people, but for holiday makers I prefer near Bantry Bay/Seapoint. Standard room are ridiculously small -tight Deluxe not much better Executive the same size as usual hotel rooms that I have stayed -nominated standard. Also very little cupboard space for king stay holiday makers

See above. Apart from above criticism it was great

At first I thought there was no space to unpack clothes, but I soon discovered the creative space in the room. I stayed a week and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the work space in the room was very spacious, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the pool on the 6th floor is amazing, and the location is great for Green Point and Sea Point. I also felt very safe at all times. There is also a great work space 500m down the road called SOHO, fantastic work space as well and great coffee! I would highly recommend this hotel for location, space, comfort and safety.

This is no fault of the hotel, but my room did look onto a backpackers, and the owner / manager stood out on the balcony smoking / drinking his coffee on a regular basis, so I always had to keep my blind closed while I was in the room. I would therefore highly recommend the room with a view.

The location was perfectly based for our needs. The staff were excellent. The hotel was spotlessly clean and felt very safe. The breakfasts were of good quality and plenty of it. Underground parking was great too and very secure. The surrounding area by the harbour and park were very pleasant to walk around. Also walking to the centre of the town to Victoria wharf is easy too. Full of life and shops, restaurants also book and pick up boat rides to Robben Island. I also did a helicopter ride with Sport Helicopters and it was amazing. All the staff were fabulous and especially Robert.

A nice modern hotel designed for business travellers but equally suitable for couples and families. It has a usable but small gym and a lovely roof terrace (with pool) which has stunning views. Staff were friendly and approachable but some training and/or policy changes needed.

Half-board was a suitable option for us but it would have been nice if there were more variety, especially for dinner. The buffet felt like it was similar every night. Breakfast was from 6am-11am but food was fairly scarce by 9am and nobody was really checking to see if anything needed topping up. By the time it was, it felt like starting again. Toast was prepared in bulk using one of those conveyor machines in the adjacent room but placed out on a plate which meant they were cold. Would have been better for guests to make their own as needed.

The view from the room was terrific. Lots of space in the suite with an extremely comfortable bed. It was very clean. The location is ok, close enough to most things and you can walk to sea point and Clifton beach at daytime feeling safe from here.

The breakfast is overpriced and is not something we will recommend. There are cheaper and tastier options within 5 minutes of the hotel. For us it wasn’t an issue but I would imagine sound-sensitive people to be disturbed by the slamming doors and next to none sound-isolation to the corridor.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, in a great location, with friendly staff and a rooftop pool to enjoy the views. Rooms are small but absolutely perfect for a busy city stay - with a clever use of space and one of the best hotel showers I've ever had.

Customer service around the pool was lacking due to limited number of staff in the hotel - everyone was very friendly and willing... but it takes some effort to track down towels and place an order; which is its only let down as the pool area is otherwise ideal.
