Everything, it was home away from home. Exceeded my expectations. Lovely view! place is so spacious, beds are comfortable. I love the fact that it’s glass from the bedrooms and dining and also kitchen. Love the natural lighting

The hidden costs of R5000 which was not explained to us prior to arriving. The property charges this amount for security/damages which we didn’t budget for limiting activities we wanted to do. And the fact that reversal takes 5 -7 days

The best view. The stuff was friendly. The pool on the roof top.. We enjoyed ourselves.

But the only issue was the 5000. For check in which was not mentioned prior booking.. We where given 1 key.

I liked the set up of the apartment . It was in a good location where you can literally walk to restaurants , shopping places and event to the waterfront. The apartment is new so it is well appointed and nothing is broken . Everything worked well including the fire place . The views from the rooftop were amazing .

Alarm kept going off whenever we took a shower and steam found its way to the sensor . The maintanance teams however came and explained what we needed to do to avert this . I also felt like the house keeping could be a little more thorough . There was a taxi strike and therefore movement was tricky however i felt like they could do a better job of cleaning the shower floors and other areas that we could tell needed more cleaning.

The apartment was fantastic. Great facilities, including a rooftop pool.

A small detail, but there was no salt or oil for cooking. This is something that could be added for convenience for guests who want to cook.

Very spacious and luxury appartement with nice decorations and furniture. Amazing rooftop with a stunning view.

Although our stay was very comfortable, a couple of things could be improved. No beds or chairs by the swimming pool. No bottle of water by arrival. No generator during load shedding and only one small emergency Light available.

The photos of the pool looked like it was close to us but you had to go underground through passages and different lifts to get to the rooftop pool area. The view from the apartment was blocked by another apartment which wasn't on the photograph displaying the apartment

That I had to pay for Cleaning services for the Weekend but the Cleaners do not work on the Weekend

This was a 3 month coastal vacay in the making and it was absolutely worth the wait. The area where the apartment building is in was clean, beautiful and quiet which is what I was looking for coming from the concrete jungle. The apartment was exactly as shown in the picutres, spacious, clean and a dream. I had no issue with the WI-Fi or experience any struggles with water. The place is perfect for family travel or solo travel. I would defintely book the place again. The personnel who met me to hand over the keys was also kind and ensured that my stay was nothing short of exceptional which I truly appreciated. The place is also conveniently situated amongst your favourite shops and is super close to the V&A. I experienced rainy weather for the couple of days but nothing that the air conditioned rooms could not sort out. 10/10 overall. I cannot wait to book the place again soon.

My only wish is that the apartment was loadshedding proof however that is a drop in the bucket compared to the beauty of the place and stay.
