The suite, excellent views

Pool and spa: needs to be redesigned. Adjacent guest rooms make the spa noisy, the gym is not a gym, the pool needs a scrub. Shower room for the spa treatment was filthy, full of hair over the basin , shower, toilet

The location was excellent for all our excursions. The hotel is situated in a wonderful area, within walking distance of shops etc. It is also safe to eat out and walk back to the hotel. The staff were all wonderful and accommodating. Thank you Princess, Shepherd and Nully. Overall thank you to Tammy, the manager for pulling together our little snag at the start of our holiday. Being a small boutique hotel, this meant the menu would not be as extensive as a larger hotel. However, the food was good. I would have liked to see a more vegetarian breakfast option, but not complaining.

The services offered by the property are exceptional(Spa, mini bar inside the room and breakfast). Staff members go all out to assist.

Although our room had a spa bath, we never used it because the electric element was broken and the electrician failed to fix it. We were disappointed with this because we booked the room with the intention to enjoy the spa bath. But this didn’t stop us from enjoying.

Really nice to receive a welcome juice on arrival, room was great very comfortable. Good view. staff were all very friendly. Bit further out of the centre than we have stayed before, (our choice) but uber to V+A is only about £4 each way.

Breakfast on the 1st day was poor, bagel, sourdough and regular bread all were a bit stale. So underwhelmed we didnt bother with it on subsequent days. When you look closely the attention to detail is missing. Broken sockets, shower gives water faster than drain can cope so you end up in ankle deep water. Extractor fan is undersized resulting in excess moisture, so the cabinets are warping. You have to stand in bath to hang up bath towels. Water in hot tub was bit grubby.

The staff at O on Kloof were the highlight of our experience. They were truly so kind and helpful whenever we needed suggestions for things to do and were always great conversation partners. Whenever we walked into the lobby, we were greeted with a warm smile and kind words. The breakfast each morning was excellent, and we enjoyed starting our day with such a great view and hearty food. The area is great as well, with many cool restaurants only minutes away walking or by car.

Excellent location and views, the fact that there's no curfew was perfect for me and the suites give you privacy, you feel as though you have the entire hotel to yourself. The service was amazing and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Had a slight issue with not having the DSTV signal working for the whole day but this may be due to weather, I managed to fix the issue on the second day. The suite I had also didn't have a switch to turn the main light off which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep

The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. Tammy was a fantastic concierge. She responded to our questions and concerns promptly.

The room was awkwardly laid out. No place to hang things, The shower was over a bench which made showering difficult if you didn't want to sit. The mirror was great for my husband but fior me..not so much. Way too high. Guests who smoked outside the room restricted our opening the doors to the beautiful patio.

This was my third stay and I will definitely be coming back regularly, as usual the staff were amazing and even though it was rainy the air-conditioning in the room was enough to keep us warm. Excellent cleaning and consideration from the staff regarding my stay was perfect

the only thing I'd improve is to give us some sort of fob key to open the front gate ourselves especially coming in from a late night out since we have to wait for a staff member to open the gate for us

the overall stay was amazing from walking into the property, greeting by the concierge and room was just absolutely beautiful. walking in later that evening we were greeted by security as well with amazing mannerism and friendly service. We slept like babies and woke up in good spirits. Thank you once again for everything. We will definitely recommend the Hotel to everyone who visits CPT

We went for our anniversary and the staff so very kindly gave us a free room upgrade and a box of lindt chocolates and a very sweet anniversary note as a surprise. We go to a hotel every year and the staff at this hotel were the friendliest and kindest staff we have come across. They were eager to help and always smiling and making jokes. So grateful to them for making our anniversary even more special. The French toast and bacon breakfast the next morning was delicious!

There was only 1 thing we didn't like. We were very excited for the indoor heated pool that was advertised. The indoor pool is beautiful and very clean and massive, however that massive pool only has one tiny pipe pushing out Luke warm water which of course makes almost no difference in the temperature of the water. It was cold and disappointing.
