A super hotel run by fantastic staff in a beautiful location. My wife, daughter, and I were made to feel incredibly comfortable from the moment we arrived. Spacious rooms, clean, great facilities. Breakfast is outstanding. Ideal location.

Everything. The room was large. Bed was very comfortable. We asked for a Bath and Shower. My partner loved the bath and the shower was great.

Only slight negative. They cleaned the place but we thought the option of not replacing some towels would be good. We could have missed what to do but we wouldn’t have all towels replaced.

Hotel staff were amazing, Conrad and his team went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. Room was so plush and comfy, gardens are beautiful. Dinner at Epice is a MUST! Protege breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, the restaurant couldn't accommodate our party of 12 at one table for a special 70 th birthday celebration. Having booked one-third of the hotel, I expected a little bit more attention for this special event. Alls well that ends well, since I secured a spectacular venue to accommodate our request including the entertainment.

Exceptionally good hotel in beautiful surroundings. Could not have been happier of our choice of hotel in Franschhoek. True five star experience with attentive staff, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved the beautiful bathtub. Pool was clean and whole pool area and gardens really well kept and beautiful. Great location in the middle of Franschhoek.

A beautiful, tranquil luxury hotel, right in the centre of Franschhoek. Breakfast outside on the terrace was delicious and we could not have felt more welcomed by the friendly staff. Our room was large and spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped.
