Cleanliness of linen and towels. The towels are very nice and clean and smell very nice too.

Room was nice during the week, but over the weekend the location turned into party area. Very noisy with people shouting and cars driving at high speed. Hooting at closed gate at 02:00. The hotel has no control over this at all and it is due to the location of the hotel only.

New staff at reception is very friendly and helpful. They were very kind and informed us of all the services and made themselves available for anything we might need. We had been staying there for many years, and it was nice to see that finally the rooms have been upgraded.

Can the hotel have more TV channels, please? Towels and bed linen had a funny smell.

The front door was hard to open as it needs to be trimmed.There is a lot of damp in the wardrobe.There was no kettle to boil some water to make a cup of coffee.besides these little problems The front office staff were very nice and made us feel welcome

I really loved the location—it was beautiful, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable!

The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the cold shower—it would’ve been nice to have a bit more warmth. But overall, everything else was wonderful!

The rooms were so clean,the stuff member very welcoming and available for anything ,any time.The pool very superb although we couldn’t use it because of the weather and that I was not well and it’s 2 second to the biggest mall what a bonus

Only once did the “ house keeper “ unlocked the door and opened it while we were still sleeping .

Bed was comfortable, room clean, staff friendly, even at 2am.

The menu in the restaurant is completely traditional food. On the off chance a local comes to the hotel to stay, they may appreciate it. But for Guests from out of town, plate of potato chips or a simple burger, or a toasted sandwich available would go down well. Have the options for 'normal' restaurant food as well.

I really loved the location it is right next to ilanga mall so we were able to walk and save alot on transportation. The best part of our stay was the hard working staff they were friendly and patience with us. The whole place was more then what we expected we even saw peacocks such a beautiful creature. Definitely coming back next year.

Location and the apartment,not just a room. Reception staff very friendly and helpful Rooms very neat and comfortable once I was moved to another apartment because of a broken door lock in the 1st apartment.

Maintenance let Mercure down 😌I reported a faulty door lock when I arrived,came back at night to find the lock still broken,😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨I was told all the apartments are being upgraded..
