Our stay was nothing short of magical. One of the highlights was waking up to the most breathtaking sunrise, visible right from the comfort of our bed. The room was beautifully designed, cozy, and perfectly positioned to take full advantage of the natural light and scenery. Every morning felt like a dream, starting the day with such a serene and awe-inspiring view. If you're looking for a place where nature and comfort come together seamlessly, this is it. Highly recommend for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

We had a great view of the ocean (we booked the rooms with the ocean view), the check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly. We had breakfast in our room and we could choose between contintental breakfast and some eggs/omelet. Fresh water and some cold drinks were available in the fridge and there is also a kettle for coffee & tea. If you don't want to stay in capetown, this accomodation is a good starting point to visit the south coast and the small towns below capetown. We had all the things you need in holiday and we enjoyed the stay.

This is nothing about the accomodation but be aware of the cold and rainy winter season in capetown! We travelled in July and we had rain all the days.

This nice and cosy B&B is located at the end of Simonstown towards the the cape. The view from terrace over the entire False Bay is overwhelming. We enjoyed the friendly breakfast morning service on the terrace. The room has a nice little kitchenette which enables you to make a coffee or to prepare small food.

Definitely an issue are the sometimes unpleasant Baboons which were even inside in our room since the cleaning staff has not closed properly the door

Great location for exploring the Cape Peninsula - very near to Boulders Beach and not far from all the attractions. The owners and staff are lovely, they prepare a great breakfast each morning that is served directly in the room. So we had great breakfasts overlooking the ocean from our veranda. Everything is clean and in shape. The restaurant recommendations are wonderful and mostly nearby - great to be able to drive safely also when it gets dark (we are always back around 9-10pm in the evening) because of the safe surroundings of Simonstown, where the property lies. All in all: A wonderful start to our South-Africa-Journey. Would always come back!

The pool is quite small - do not expect a huge hotel pool.

For my 11yo twins and myself, this was perfect - the room with the sofa bed, the table in the window to enjoy the beautiful sunrise, watch whales and protected from the wild weather plus delicious breakfasts served to the room. The location was perfect for accessing the Cape National Park, Chapman Peak Drive and the penguins at Boulders. The owners were super friendly and we had a load of washing done as well. The water can be drank from the tap and the neighbourhood feels safe, privacy from other guests too. Very comfortable and clean, thank you so much.

The room is very well appointed with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. But best of all is the amazing view. The owners, Erica and Richard, are wonderful people and always willing to help. Their staff are all well trained and super friendly (especially Cathy). Breakfast was excellent and consisted of a mix of fruit / yogurt, toast, and some sort of egg / bacon. They did laundry on request which was done in a day. Location is beautiful with amazing sunrises and within walking distance of the penguins, beaches, and Simons town. Pool is great to cool off and lay out. The cape is a short drive away. City centre is about an hour drive.

The drive way is quite steep for parking. Steps to the room may not be best if you have mobility issues. Lastly, to access our room you had to pass the windows of another room so it felt a bit like we were invading their privacy.

Rocklands is a beautiful and cozy B&B located near Simon’s town. The view from our room was absolutely stunning! Waking up to the ocean each morning and being able to run alongside it was such a treat. The room itself was comfy & cozy. It was well stocked with the essentials one might need. The breakfast was delicious and served at our patio to enjoy with the view. The Owner Erica was both very helpful and made our stay comfortable and memorable. Would definitely love to stay here again and would recommend Erica’s place for anyone looking to get away from the city

I've been travelling to different places in Capetown for a week now and so far this is the most safest and cleanest accommodation I've had. It felt like home. The property has mini fridge and all essentials for making tea and coffee. Breakfast is good too. They also have a small safe. Beautiful and quiet location.

The standard room where I was staying did not have a bathroom door. It could be a problem for two friends travelling together. Location is nice but hard to get uber and bolt here, local cabs are a little expensive. It better to drive to this part of the town.

Amazing location in Simons Town, Overlooking Sunrise from bed, Whale Watching from room, Boulders beach is proximity, convenient location for moving onwards to western part of island for sunset or Chapman Peak Drive, and closer to Cape of Good Hope. Meticulously done apartment in attic of the mansion. Breakfast prepared and served in room as per choice and is hygienically prepared and graciously served. Apartment is away from the hustle of the town yet convenient to communicate for sightseeing. Host is approachable and helpful as well. A small pool besides resembles any of the other infinity pool with Mighty Indian Ocean in background. A must stay to enjoy and experience mystic energy of being located between Indian and Atlantic Ocean. Also may curtail a day stay at Cape Town as most of the attractions including Penguin Beach, Seals Island, Chapman's Peak Drive, Ostrich Farm, Wine Yards, Surfing in Muizenberg Beach, Naval Museum and majestic natural landscapes including famous Cape of Good Hpe are bang on this narrow peninsula. Amazing experience and stay.

The location is great with fantastic views. The room is comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Extra touches like ground coffee, plenty of tea bags and instant coffee and milk in the fridge sets it apart from others. The breakfast was absolutely delicious- delivered to the room. Unfortunately the weather was cold and raining so we couldn’t eat on the superb veranda but a small table and chairs is provided in the room for just that eventuality.
