Location was good, right by a train station and a iPark mall. Room was a good size and clean.

Nothing I was pretty happy

Everything about this place was top notch. From checking-in, to amenities, to room service, to storage services to checking out, each and every step of our stay was a moment worth praising. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful people I have come across during my trip. Everything that I needed from the hotel, was literally a phone call away to the reception. I could not have chosen a better place to stay for our trip to Seoul! Definitely coming back to this hotel when we revisit Seoul.

Convenient location and the same hotel building for the BTS Australia Tour and just needed to cross to the next lobby. A good central place for the Yongsan station to go elsewhere, a iPark Mall next door to do shopping and food hunting. And walking distance to the HYBE building and other places. It was perfect for travelers and any kpop fans. Plus they were still promoting Seventeen's Happy Burstday album. So had a chance for photo ops of the banner and the wall mural... hit 2 birds with 1 stone.

cleanness and location

first attempt room tried, supposed be non-smoking room, but it smelled ciggaret, so got it changed to a different room, and was ok. The master light switch panel(only way to control) in the room didn't work well whole time, but managed to work it out pressing multiple times. It was 2days before my check-out, and the day I was leaving, it didn't work at all so I had to get ready without lightings in the room, bad makeup! :...(

Hotel beautiful, very impressive lobby area , shared with Novotel , room was amazing ,spotless clean and cleaned daily , staff very helpful , friendly , fab views from room .. we stayed 2821.. 28th floor .. gorgeous city view and Namsan Tower Hotel so convenient for Yonsan Station.. where you have access to everywhere , and the IPARK MALL at yonsan Station literally a 5 min walk Lots of convenience stores and a great little one on floor 2 of Hotel Lovely coffee shops in lobby and fab cakes Hotel has a lovely atmosphere Totally recommend it , beds so comfortable , shower was fab .. everything was perfect

Nothing ...cant say a bad thing

I like the design of the room. In general the hotel looks fancy. I like that there is a mall connected to the close station with a lot of shopping and food options.

The hotel is connected to the metro station, but it's a 20-minute walk. . It's part of a building with several hotels, sharing a lobby and a coffe. I didn't like this concept. . The room isn't big enough, and I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness. . The room photos on Booking.com don't reflect reality, especially the view

An exceptionally luxurious hotel in a beautiful complex and with a Skywalk to Yongsan metro station and a major mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The Ibis staff went above and beyond in every way to make my 4 night stay comfortable. The location is also close to bus stops and taxi services. I didn't upgrade to a view of the Han River but the view I had was of Namsan Tower and that was fantastic. I had buffet breakfast as the hotel that shares the complex and it was terrific.

Really clean and nice room and hotel! I like the interieur in the room! A lot of mirrors :) The rooftop pool was amazing! Bed was super comfortable! I didnt hear any sound from outside, loved it !

Rooftop pool was untill 22:00 and we paid for unlimited beer but at 21:00 they shut off the beer tap. We didnt know that 🤣 so we came at 20:00 and only had 1 beer.

I liked the modern design of the room, the view from the higher floor room. The receptionist was very nice, making sure the check in was fast and smooth. Breakfast was good, vast selection of food, however I missed more the healthier western food varieties, like oats without sugar etc..

The breakfast tables are glass and therefore easier to spot if something isn’t 100% clean. The floor was a bit sticky. The pool beside breakfast area had water in it and you could see a thin dust layer on t water.

The location was good, the hotel was pretty and clean, and nice to have a convenience store since the hotel breakfast was too expensive.

The setup of the bathroom was a little strange. If someone in my room was sleeping, they were disturbed by the bathroom lights because there was no separation. And I wanted to have breakfast, but it was so expensive compared to all other food in Korea and even by American standards.
