The location was very convenient to go places in Seoul. It was close to the train station which makes it easy to go to and from the Incheon airport or from other locations, like Busan.

The bunk beds. My wife and I cannot stay in the same room since we both cannot get up the upper bunk bed. I have to stay with one of my daughter's room so I can take the lower bunk bend. And pillows also need replacement. They don't give much neck or head support during sleeping. You should also add small trash bins in the room, not only in the bathroom. And a bidet in the toilet fill further enhance the guesthouse.

This guest house is basic but real value for money. Seoul was unusually cold but our room was toasty. Central and close to Anguk and Jongak stations. Buses right outside the temple. Short walking distance to Gwanghwamun Square ..5 mins

Beds are korean hard ..but we slept on the duvet which was okay. Would have liked a bath mat or extra towel for the floor, and the towels are typically korean size..(western hand towel size. ) Instructions for the use from Incheon Airport were wrong. Catch the bus to either Anguk or Jongak1..buy a ticket from the bus ticket office at the airport

GREAT location! Right next door to Jogyesa Temple and bus stop. Easy walking to the 2 big palaces, Insa-dong street, and Hanok Village. Comfortable beds, new bottles of water each day, outlets near bed for phone charging, little toiletteries kit, nice air conditioning in first room a few days ago, but we couldn't read the Korean on this one so think we turned the heat on instead, or at least couldn't figure out how to change the temperature. Our problem, not the hotel's! Best part of all? Right around the corner from a "choffle" shop! The cinnamon ones are highly recommended!

Call me old-fashioned, but these showers with only half a door are difficult for me! Water everywhere. Could've used a couple more towels. These were really small, even by Korean standards. No one at front office except upon arrival on our first stay here. All was self-help, check-in/out. No one to answer quick questions, but a phone number was available. No kitchen or breakfast. Maybe that's normal for Seoul.

The location is great, walking distance to the palaces and it is middle of the city. It is close to the station and you could walk to the City Hall, where many DMZ tours' meeting spot. The bathroom is big and lots of water for taking shower. The room is also large and had four beds for each of us.

Our room was in the basement where no windows exist. I would recommend regular rooms so there is no issue of sleeping over as you could not tell the morning or night in the room.

I really liked this guesthouse. It was so cozy and had a very homey feel to it, like you were staying the night at one of your girl friend’s house. The host was very kind and accommodated our very late check in. The breakfast was so tasty and vegetarian friendly. Its in a great location. I only wish we stayed here longer!

Great location, washing machine available and rooftop to dry it, very helpful staff and host, room and bed were clean and comfortable. If you need anything just ask - they were very responsive.

Location and cleanliness

It was a bit old but it very convenient to Myeongdong and Gyeongbokgung Palace

The location of the guesthouse was great! The room was pretty large for the price. The room was very clean and pretty quiet.

The beds weren't very comfortable. (similar to a dorm mattress).

Location was excellent. Clean, comfy rooms. Most everything was casual do-it-yourself. We did see someone briefly at check-in, but not at check-out. We never did see anyone on our return stay a few days later. Luggage storage behind counter was convenient though not secured.

The rooms are very nice.

You can’t change the heating temperature in the room and can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet.
