I would highly recommend Ramada Residents to anyone who's going to go to Tenerife. The place are immaculately Clean. from apartment. Rooms beddings, kitchen bathroom it's spotless. You see the stuff cleaning every day. 👏👍 All of the stuffs are extremely kind and friendly. Special mentioned to CARLOS FROM ZALDY's Restaurant and Veronica from the Reception It is highly recommended for people looking for a quiet and relaxing time. It's a bit far from the beach and shopping center but it's not a big issue you can order taxi from the Reception anytime. I will give 10/10 score for this place/ accommodation. 👍👏❣️

The apartment was massive with a balcony about the same size as the apartment. Wasn't too busy so no issue getting a sunbed. Great bar and restaurant on site. Decent size supermarket and several restaurants a 5 min walk away. Views from up on the hill were amazing. So glad we didn't stay down on the beach level as we would have missed the views.

We stayed on 7th floor so this does involve using 2 lifts to go up a few levels, walk to the second lift and go up a few more levels. The views from that height were however amazing

Nice and welcoming people at the reception, who were always ready to help, answered phone calls quickly and any question we had, they sorted out asap. The hotel area, swimming pool and public areas are very clean. Sun beds and tables near the pool were cleaned and arranged every evening. The pool itself was clean, with the warm water, not crowded. There was enough space for everyone. What's also nice that hotel team was very attentive and respectful with the sun beds near the pool. If it was needed they helped to find a space and the free beds. Very nice idea about adding the "adults only" area. The pool for adults is isolated upstairs, nice cozy area. And parents can have a nice moment in calm corner while kids are enjoying in kids club. Nice and very friendly ladies provide nice activities for kids. Water activities, water slides, cinema evenings and many others. You can find area of table tennis and billiard, chessboard with huge figures and area of mini-golf which are opened all day round. In the evening hotel area is calm and quiet, decorated with nice small lights. Room. Our room was with the balcony's ocean view. Big balcony, cozy bedroom and living room joined with the kitchen corner give the feeling of free space. Kitchen corner had all what was needed. Dishwasher was absolutely clean inside, all the dishes in the cardboard were clean and well arranged. The balcony had amazing view and a lot of space for two sun beds, table with four chairs, huge sun umbrella and the area to dry things. The bathroom was located perfectly, the sound of water or washing machine was isolated from the sleeping area. Big space infront of the bathroom mirror, clean bath and toilet. There was a bar area one floor upper. But the arrangement of the hotel area is perfect. And the location of the bar doesn't bother the privacy of the balcony.

The hotel has a great view, large apartments and a good location. The pool, restaurants and games area are lovely. The rooms are well equipped and have huge balconies.

The hygiene of the rooms is awful and they need urgent renovation, especially the bathrooms. We even found a few cockroaches. The bedspreads had some stains and hair too. Cleaning of the rooms and change of towels are not included in the tariff. You need to pay extra for both, which is pretty ridiculous. The staff seems obsessed with the beach towels provided (1 per person). During check in, they clearly ask you to come to the reception to return them at the end of the trip or else they charge a penalty of 20€. Again, extra beach towels aren't provided. They really need to evaluate the need for these reasons rules.

Staff was frendly, it was clean, pool was big and restaurant food was very good. Apartment was very big and clean and got everything inside.

Food for breakfast could be much better. It was always the same. Hottube was always closed before closing time - and not clean while there was a lot of children inside. Value for money was not good. It was very expensive and much worst compared to hotel in the north of tenerife.

Beautiful hotel up a hill with beautiful views of the sea and local area. The Hotel is very clean and comfy Beds The staff are very helpful and friendly and the food is Beautiful We will be staying here again loved it

Not that i don’t like anything The walk down to the town is easy enough about 10 minutes you cant walk back its up a very steep hill but its only a short Taxi ride costing 5-7 euros depending on which rank you get it from

We loved our stay here! The apartment was much bigger than we expected and was really well equipped - had a washing machine with two tablets provided, plenty of kitchen utensils w cleaning supplies, we even had two sunbeds on our balcony which we weren’t expecting but were very grateful for! The facilities onsite were also really good (e.g. mini market, loads of umbrellas around the pool). Lovely view as the property is uphill although not too steep of a hill - we enjoyed the walk back from the beach area in the evening. They were very quick at replying to my questions and facilitated our request for a room with a TV an HDMI could plug into as they don’t have Netflix on their TVs. Also plenty of good restaurants within a 5-10 min walk.

Our stay at Ramada Residencies was excellent. The apartment was clean , spacious and a great view from our balcony.They have a lounge bar with an amazing view . We had our flight at 8 pm but we had to check out at 10 am which gave us time to go at the beach for few hours. They were nice enough to keep our luggage also I was surprised to hear they have a courtesy room ( equipped with towels, hair dryer , shampoo ) where we were able to take a shower before going to airport.Location was 15 mins from the Fanabe Beach .I definitely recommend Ramada .

We tried the restaurant at Ramada but we were a bit disappointed, the food was too oily and salty for our taste .

Love Love Love this place. Everything about it is great. The apartments are spacious, perfect for everything. The balconies are insane. The staff make it for me though from Reception to Zachary's, to Romys, to Sams Pantry, Team marina, maintenance team and house keeping, oh and security ! I travel here alone often and feel totally safe. Staff remember you each visit and i live catching up with then when Im here and practicing my Spanish. Hats off to all the staff who are as close as family. My second home, and the highest recommendation I could give for any hotel/complex. You would not regret booking here.

There is absolutely nothing I don't like about this place.

The location and the architecture of the property is nice. There is a free public parking place just nearby. The area with the pool and the restaurant is nice to spend some relaxing time. Good view, nice terrace. A market is 5 min walk. For the beach you have to get a car in mu opinion.

The cleaning is once a week, the towels if you want to change earlier has a cost. The sofa in the living room is extendable but is not comfortable at all. The furniture is a little bit dated. Very disappointing one girl from the personal from the reception, that was just rude without any reason with us at check out, event that made me ask for a supervisor that was nice and calmed down the spirits. But this experience at check out let us with a bad tase. The breakfast is too expensive for what it offers. A little far from the beach and everything else if you do not have a car, but as I saw in Tenerife, the car is almost mandatory in every situation and location if you wang to see and explore the attractions of the island.
