Staff was attentive and polite Check-in and check-out was fast enough and at very comfortable times Bottled water was provided on arrival Breakfast was amazing - tasty coffee and good choice of other drinks, and yummy stuff Room was without any extraneous odours/smells; the room was exactly as on the pictures, however small but still comfortable The room had a balcony overlooking the entire garden, providing a very intimate atmosphere despite being on the first floor The place appeared to be very quiet and comfortable, and the entire green garden, with evergreen palms and other flora, and singing birds, added an 'eco' label to our stay

Clean, good size room for 2 ( 1 adult, 1 child ) with air-conditioning. Very friendly , professional staff. 1 very small kids pool and a small pool for adults. Breakfast was nice. The hotel has a buffet for dinner with a good selection for €20 1 drink included.. Good location. The bus stop is 3 mins walk from the hotel. Number 22 bus takes you to San Juan beach in 10 minutes.Bus Stop across the road, No22 bus takes you to Alicante center in 10-12 mins. The beach near the hotel doesn't look nice but a further 10 minutes walk, there is a small beach with very shallow water and a surfing club... Coffee shop, bakery, butcher, Italian pizzeria opposite the hotel ( Centro Comercial Venecia ). Super markets Mercadona and Supercor 10.mins walk. We truly enjoyed our 9 days there. Down side, kids pool is very small

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed a good breakfast each day with a variety of choice. It was lovely to have a pool area in which to relax.

As we were there for 6 days, we would have liked a few more room/bathroom facilities. The bathroom had no shelving for toiletries which had to be left on the floor or kept in a toilet bag & hung on the ONE hook! This meant robes/clothes could not be hung up whilst using the shower. The bedroom had no drawers for personal items & only 1 compartment each for ALL non hanging items of clothing. This would have been adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay but was more inconvenient for our week's stay. However it did not spoil the holiday.

The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. There's a beach just a few minute walk and there are bus stops nearby too. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The only downside was the food. We had breakfast twice out of the 7 days because it was just say warm and sometimes cold. The first night we ordered pizza and fries but again, it was cold and not the best. But everything else was good.

Silence at the pool area, absolutely lovely bar/restaurant staff, delicious food at lunch and dinner. We will be back for sure. If you are looking for relaxing holidays this is just perfect. We stayed 15 nights and absolutely loved every minut. Diego and Miguel thank you.

I am writing this as constructive feedback, as it is always room for an improvement. Fried eggs and hash brownes leaves a lot of to desire, cold every morning. I asked for Bottle of Cava and bottles/cans of beers for the room on the arrival and the hotel said €125 euro, which is absolutely ridiculous. I work myself as Food and beverage manager in the hotel and we charge only for the price of the item ordered prior the arriving. I understand if the hotel wants to charge for the service but this price was way to high. The coffee and milk in the room haven't been refreshed even once.

This was such a lovely hotel , very clean, such friendly staff, delicious food, and an excellent location. The rooms were very clean, fresh and well kept . The restaurant seating areas are very comfortable, indoors or outdoors. Different variety of foods to choose from for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The staff was friendly and willing to help us with anything we needed. The location was perfect , very serene and there was a bus station nearby taking you straight to the city center or along the couple beaches along the coast . I would definitely book again on my next visit to Alicante and also recommend this hotel to others wanting to visit Alicante .Thank you Sara, Diego, Luis and the rest of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was ok with good choice. Location was out of city, but had excellent bus connections.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of use at the time of our visit. It would have been nice had the hotel informed us before hand so we could have adjusted our plans! Also there was no tea making facilities in the room.

The breakfast was excellent and so was the location, accessible to both Alicante old city/marina and the excellent beach of San Juan. The staff were superb, and I should like to mention Miguel, who was extremely helpful in sharing his local knowledge and also lending us a sun umbrella. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, and the facilities, especially the pool, are first class.

There was nothing to complain about (apart perhaps from having a few more hangars), but had we requested these, I'm sure they would have been provided.

Lovely small friendly hotel. Inviting pool with adequate sun beds. Very clean & close to local transport. Grateful for complimentary bottled water. Useful having a fridge & kettle in the room. Loved that our balcony overlooked the pool.

Quite an isolated location for visitors without a car but local transport regular & inexpensive. ‘Hotel’ pillows would be a useful addition as current pillows very uncomfortable. Not many options to eat nearby but Arabica served us well. Unfortunately a large group of French teenage guests spoilt our stay due to their shouting at each other until the early hours. No one from reception intervened to quieten them down. Luckily our last night was quiet as they left that day. Not very fair to take bookings from groups like this when they disturb others.

Very good breakfast, hotel location near the sea. Mini fridge in the room. Helpful staff. Near the bus stop.

Things to keep in mind: -Kettle is provided, however no tea or coffee in room. Bring your own. -Next to a busy street which can be heard quite well. -Also neighours in other rooms can be heard quite well. -At times WiFi signal gets poor and disconnects from the device. -If non-smoker, using a balcony will be limited since someone near is always smoking. -There is a microwave available, however it was not working during the stay.
