The room was very clean, and the beds were quite comfortable.

I would really appreciate a mini fridge, given that it gets quite hot in the city in summer.

Fantastic location near multiple metro stations and la sagrada familia. Also near a fun pirate ship themed park if you have littles. Wonderful, deep tub for bathing the kids. We stayed in a unit that had two rooms- one with two twin beds, the other with a single large bed (king size I think), which was a perfect setup! We were able to drop our bags off before check-in and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Perfect for what we needed. We did not opt for the breakfast so can’t speak to that, but it’s nice it was available.

location managers and staff very nice. was able to sleep. safe.

poor internet and cable. poor TV shows. no movies. will be nice to have more tourist information maybe sell some tours. or bus tours. Also, will be e nice to have a microwave in the kitchen so we can boil water for coffee or something. information about buses and the best tickets we can buy.I didn't like outside on the streets very dirty and smells real bad because people are walking the dogs all around. the hotel has to ask the mayor to clean the streets and no dogs should be aloud in the tourist area or around hotels. no good

Excellent staff, simple practical clean well sized room. No restaurant on site so 2 star but otherwise level of 3 star. Flat access from street into lobby with small lift. Convenient location. Close to Monumental metro station a flat walk 5 min away but a quiet street with cafes and bars not far and a 10 min walk to Sagrada Familia. Very comfortable bed. Shower (water pressure and temperature) worked well. Power point next to bedside but had to unplug bedside light. AC can be turned off if you wish.

Nothing. Basic room as advertised.

Absolutely fabulous experience across the board, with a special mention of the kind, helpful, always smiling staff. We had a number of issues to resolve upon our arrival, and the staff worked with us at length to find solutions. The location is obviously exceptional and we were able to walk everywhere; as a mom traveling with two girls (10 and 12), I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. The room itself (triple) was spacious and immaculately clean, and the air conditioning was a godsend in the August heat. I really cannot recommend this place enough, our experience was perfect!

The reception staff and the management was extremely helpful even standing out in the street trying to get me a taxi. It was very nice of them.

There was one staff lady about 28-30 yr old with dark hair who I thought she could be a Filipino or Asian. My first night I came down to ask her to recommend a place to eat around the hotel and she was: -rude and short - I think she didn’t like me interrupting her phone surfing. - She should not work there if she’s not into services of others

The price was good for Barcelona Center. The room was small and no fridge and refrigerator, not enough slots for electricity power, but it was really cheap, had convenient breakfast, the room is warm, curtains are really dense so you can't see light if it is closed, overall the location is amazing.

The room was small and no fridge and refrigerator, not enough slots for electricity power - but as I said, that's not a big disadvantage compared to other advantages. The breakfast could be better though - if vegetables were included

The location is perfect; we explored the city on foot. The room was simple, extremely clean, and had a bathtub and very comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful whenever we had any questions. It was quiet because our window faced the inner garden. Although the view was somewhat depressing—just the walls of the building—the peace and quiet more than made up for it. In my opinion, it's a good option for those who don't spend much time at the hotel and prefer to explore the city more.

I think it's overpriced, but that might be true for most accommodations in Barcelona. We haven't stayed at such a simple yet expensive hotel in a long time. I knew in advance that we wouldn't have a kettle, but I still missed having one to make tea before going to sleep. The towels were visually clean but had a smell as if they hadn’t been fresh or had been stored for a long time in a poorly ventilated room.

The room, elevator, lobby, and sidewalk in front of the Hotel were kept very clean. The staff were helpful even though my language skills are atrocious. The Taxi stop is right out front of the hotel. There is a local "Supermercat" close by with really good fruit, and a Laundromat. The Cafes have outdoor seating and baked goods. My husband who is 71 and has traveled all over the USA says the Spanish coffee is better than anything he has ever had the USA. The hotel had a variety of tea bags and small tea pots! This hotel is probably the only place in Barcelona where you can get a good hot cup of Tea at breakfast. The whole area is very clean, no litter, no dog poop, no one sleeping on the sidewalk, no one begging, no police sirens. It's a 15-minute walk to The Sagrada Familia so the huge tourist crowds aren't disturbing here.

None of the local Cafes/Bakeries know how to make a hot cup of Tea. If your traveling to Barcelona, get used to walking up and down inclines, and wear comfortable shoes.
