Reception/check in staff ,porter and cleaning staff were extremely helpful. Location was excellent, room was spotless.

8th floor pool bar was a fantastic location and panoramic view but the staff up there were lazy, my daughter sat at the pool for 2 hrs before she was served one afternoon and this happened multiple times..You cant go to the bar and order because they tell you its table service only. Bar staff spend more time chatting amongst themselves at the bar than serving customers, for $750 aud per night I was expecting more when this was a major reason for staying there. Very disappointing.This topic needs to be addressed by management. Lots of people were talking about the lack of service up there. The hotel could double there earnings from that bar easlily.

Well located in the Gothic Quarter not far from the beach or city with great transport links. The metro, many busses, taxi's nearby including Aerobus to get between the hotel and the airport. The staff were really attentive and made an effort to ensure that our stay was good and that we knew of nearby attractions.

The room was not as sound proof as we would have liked which resulted in us hearing people in the corridor, above us and through the walls. The shower head had good pressure but not very dispersed. TV channels are not in English/any other language so if you are looking to spend time in the room, this may not work for you.

The location of the hotel is great. It is close everything that you would like to see and the metro station is nearby, so you can get to other locations quickly and efficiently.

A small breakfast may have been nice. They also never leave enough coffee pods in the rooms. If you have two people who both drink regular, there isn't enough.

We stayed at this property twice - family of 4 (2 kids) - and we are coming again in summer, and bringing friends :) This property is exceptional in any way. Spacious suite can easily accommodate a family of 4 (there is a divider wall between "bedroom" and "living" spaces. Great breakfast selection, wonderful rooftop bar. Conveniently located to sightseeing and shopping. Staff is great and attentive. We will be back!

We loved our stay at the H10 Cubik hotel in Barcelona. The staff was very nice and welcoming, the room was clean, we stayed at the Junior Suite, it was a quiet and beautiful room, with street view and a big window. The location was perfect too, we walked everywhere. A lot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The ramblas is also just around the corner but it didn’t feel that touristic and crowded in our street. If we’re coming to Barcelona another time, we’d definitely book this hotel again. 10/10!!!!

The location is truly amazing, as it is very close to everything. You can easily access numerous attractions within walking distance. The room size was sufficient, allowing us to move around comfortably without having to navigate obstacles. One important point to mention is that both the air conditioning and the heater were working. While it may seem trivial, we've had experiences at other hotels where the air conditioning was turned off, resulting in uncomfortably high room temperatures during the night. Moreover, the breakfast options were quite extensive. You could either serve yourself from the buffet or make special requests to the staff, such as omelettes, tortillas, bacon, cappuccinos, and more.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The rooms are very spacious, and very clean however the beds are a bit uncomfortable. The hotel roof top terrace is amazing during the evenings and the food is equally great.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but still overall good.

Couldn't have asked for more. Easy to get to, in great location, that felt very safe even arriving late at night. Clean, spacious and comfortable, would happily stay again

The property is very central to all of Barcelona and we found it to be a great place to base ourselves. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property was fresh and inviting and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The rooftop terrace was an added bonus. Just don’t expect to ‘swim’ in the pool, it more for lazing around 🤩 it’s lovely but very small. Would definitely use the location again.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. They were having a few issues with the lifts whilst we were there so if you have a problem with heights / claustrophobic then request a lower room as I’m quite fit but 7 floors is a long way!! This wasn’t a problem just an observation.
