We liked everything about this hotel .3 visit here and it doesn't disappoint. Very clean,good entertainment,food excellent something for everyone.and it right on the strip which suited us.

Great location, great food, staff where very nice, lovely clean hotel,

Only one receptionist was a bit rude on our arrival, we arrived late, we travelled all day, would have been nice to be meet with a smile, she never told us we could book a safe for 20 euros per week, we went to our rooms and found out, we had to go back down to the receptionist, and que up again, in order to book a safe, it eat into our going out time, it was 11 at night, that's the one and only complained I have, other wise it's a beautiful hotel, lovely staff, I'll be back.

The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

Beautiful pool, lovely friendly staff and spotless

We were put on the street side which was shaded and only had sun early morning on the balcony, it was very loud at night until early morning, asked to be moved to a room with sunny balcony, not a pool view but was told it would cost €12 per day. We have stayed there for over 20 years and it was the first time we were ever put in a room with no sunny balcony.

Everything. Very modern , very clean , very friendly staff especially bar pool area. Room pool views are outstanding. Towels and room cleaned every day and flexible if wanting longer lay. Before we arrived we messaged hotel with 3 requests regarding our rooms and every one was achieved, wonderful customer service. hotel location and set up along with entertainment you will find very hard to find anything better. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be returning next year.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Food was amazing, entertainment was brilliant! Everything was kept nice and clean.

There was a Barman in the restaurant named Waka and he was so rude when I ordered drinks, he was stressed which he made very clear and was slamming down drinks. He smashed a glass on the floor but had the lovely female waitress clean it up, no thanks at all! He makes the lovely restaurant feel uptight and uncomfortable, no need as all the other lovely staff don’t deserve him letting it down.

The first kontrol Young man was doing an excellent Job busying himself continually Helping people tidying around pool I thought perhaps Would have been good to supply him with a hat as he spent so many hours standing about un the Hot Sun. & Maybe A High Seat to view around both pools . The next chap you got wasnt nearly so helpful standing in shade a lot You let go a Good Worker .

Didnt understand why you Allowed glass bottles around pool plastic for drinks surely bottles are glass

My 14y old daughter and I had a lovely stay. The hotel looks newly refurbished, well kept and clean. Rooms spotless with everything we needed (gels, shampoos, coffees, teas & little fridge), buffet is ample with so much variety. You have to pay for your drinks through but prices are very cheap. Pool is a bit small for the amount of guests but it’s fine. Plenty of sunbeds to lounge around as well (but you need to be quick to snatch one!), Night entertainment and some days too with DJ next to the pool. Beach 2 streets away (like 5 mins walk), staff (specially at reception) super friendly and helpful.

I honestly cannot fault it in any way for what it is. Well priced, good location (next to beach, restaurants and bars/party area). The party strip next to hotel can be a bit loud until about 3 am closing time but not that bad.

Clean, well maintained, good food and drinks, good facilities, good location, very nice hotel with lovely spa and massage.

Some Pool beds need replacing as they are uncomfortable, you can only purchase food and drinks from the pool bar which became costly, especially for tiny bottles of water. Food was nice but repetitive!

It is a wowwww !! hotel. One of the best I have ever been. Especially for the food and entertainment.Great rooms; beautiful design, Beautiful swimming pools. Great location on the lively strip. 7 Min walking to the beach. Highly recommended, Great service. I spent 5 nights in a row in Western Saloon and I am speachless !! great music for Rock lovers

I wish I could stay more.
