Drinks at the bar are way way too expensive x2 Hendrix gin & tonic cost me 22€ that’s way over priced

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and we must admit we were pleasantly surprised by the high standard of the cleaning service. We were a group of 15 people, spread across different floors. The lady who stood out the most was Narci, the woman on 7th floor, she went above and beyond our expectations. She managed to keep the room impeccably clean and was attentive to every detail. Beside that, Narci was incredibly friendly and always eager to help us with anything we needed. From recommending beautiful places with delicious food to sharing interesting facts about Benidorm, she truly made a difference in our stay. A hardworking and kind-hearted woman through and through. We’d also like to thank the ladies on floors 10 and 13, who ensured our rooms were always spotless. It was a real pleasure to come back to the hotel after a long day at the beach and find your room fresh, tidy, and welcoming.

Great hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We got the bus from Alicante airport. Go upstairs, to arrivals, turn right outside the main doors and the bus stop is at the very far end, 8 euros. The ALSA bus takes you to the bottom of Avenue de Europa. The hotel is less than 100 yards away.

Perfect location, Loads to choose from for breakfast. I thought for a Premium room it would have been a little bigger but it was adequate for our needs

I had asked for a room possibly lower down or mid way up. I am quite claustrophobic and tend to panic in lifts, I put the request in months and months before our arrival. When we got there the receptionist booked us in then said "Oh i see you have requested a room lower down? Sorry we cannot do that" so out of a possible 13 floors we were placed on the 12th . As I am a pensioner I could possibly have climbed all that way up so didnt have a choice other than the nightmare of being in a lift several times a day. I just find it very hard to believe that 1 single room wasnt available considering all the months earlier I had placed the request.

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better. I honestly think that it is the most attractive frontline hotel, & we travelled the whole length of the Benidorm promenade (5.6 miles) on our motorised buggies so we saw all of them! The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection! One of our friends accidently broke a glass which was immediatley cleaned up . Their main concern was that he had not cut himself! The beds were super comfy, & the room was spotlessly clean! Thanks to the cleaners on their high standards! Beautiful swimming pool, & jacuzzii overlooking the beach, with plenty of sunbeds for those warm lazy days! All of the staff were very professional, pleasant & friendly. They went the extra mile to help in any way they could. Thank you so much to all the staff at Simbel Hotel.

I have tried hard to write something negative about our stay at The Simbel, but really I can't. The most minor of things, was that we we needed more milk in our bedroom & perhaps some extra tea/coffee. Well that's all!

Location was very good, rooms were nice, breakfast choice was really good,

There was no literature on the hotel and surroundings, worst of all there were no food and drinks menu’s you have go on an app to look what was available and not all people have a smart phone. The poolside waiters were very nice but could not understand English. One of the pool side towel boys was very miserable and rude to the British Guests but all smiles and very polite to the Spanish guests.

Great location, room with sea-view balcony. Fantastic choice for buffet breakfast, rooms and facilities spotlessly clean. That said, the highest scores are for the staff. The front of house, the cleaning, the bars and especially the breakfast team. Very friendly and professional.

Breakfast was a bit poor, no Salat, no Cucumber no Paprika , just Tomato, just one kind of Cheese , no Salat Dressing

Perfect location, friendly staff, great choice at breakfast. Room was lovely clean , decor was good ,comfy bed. Bathroom was bright and spacious. Shower was excellent . Plenty of hangers .Safe for all your personal items . Also tea and coffee making facilities. Pool was clean with plenty of sunbeds. Gorgeous seaview from our balcony.

Great location. Nice contemporary finish. New outdoor furniture was dropped off and unpacked the day we arrived. Very high end and looks great

Air-con levels in the rooms and in the corridors could have been a lot better. No matter how much you ran the air-con in the room you couldn’t get the temperature down.
