Parking at hotel - good Location, breakfast, staff - very good. Wanted to stay for 2 nights during Benidorm Fiestas 13 & 14 November but Minimum stay of 5 nights only available ????

Absolutely fantastic hotel, our 4th time back. The hotel is in such a fantastic location, the food selection for dinner and breakfast was superb. Everything is clean and the decor is fresh and light. The thing for me though was the staff. Each and every member of staff went above and beyond. The entertainment throughout the day such as the guitar player, the DJ decks and the singers in the evening. I want to personally name some of the staff, especially as a couple of them remembered us from last time but I am unable to remember their names. Will be returning in the future, not a bad thing to say. P.s. the mojitos from the poor bar are the best I've ever tasted!!

The hotel is very neat, good location in Benidorm (first zone). Beautiful view from the windows. Friendly staff. Delicious, varied food in the restaurant. The Innside Premium Room Front Sea View. The view is directly to the sea. The room is neat, comfortable bed, large balcony, free minibar filled daily. Sometimes there is noise from the promenade. The food is delicious and varied. The minibar in the room is replenished daily. There is a cafe by the pool with drinks and food. In the “Kitchen” Large selection of fruits, freshly cooked fish/meat in the evenings. Large selection of other dishes.

Stunning views from room. Very clean and modern hotel. Great selection for breakfast and brilliant pool area for relaxing in the sun. Most of the staff were friendly, approachable and welcoming.

Got overcharged for laundry and took longer than I thought it would to get it back. Took a while to sort out the over charge, but eventually got it sorted.

This is an excellent hotel! We were a group of 7 celebrating my 40th birthday. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, so much variety and very good quality, fresh ingredients. It was incredibly clean and in an excellent location, right on the seafront, away from the mayhem, but close enough to walk to Calle Gerona and the old town, which we much preferred. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. We could not praise this hotel highly enough.

We were really struggling to find fault, but if we could make some suggestions? Perhaps more sun loungers around the pool and less tables / chairs as we couldn't ever get. lounger, but the tables were often empty. A kettle in the room would have been welcome (it didn't bother me, but I don't drink tea of coffee) and lastly, just for everyone to be aware, the bathroom door has large gaps at the top and bottom. This really is picking though, as we loved this hotel.

Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. The room was spacious although we did pay a lot of money for a sea view. location was excellent.

Check in at 4pm was ridicules when you land at 10.30am and have given notice of this fact. Perhaps people should leave earlier than 11am so they can clean for the new customers? Queuing until 10am to get round the pool. Not enough sunbeds or even deck chairs for the amount of rooms.

Modern clean and perfect location . Near to the beach and old town

On checkout at midday there was no facility to have a shower only a room to store luggage!. We had to use the cold shower in front of the pool and our transfer wasn’t until the evening .

The hotel is fantastic, the location is fantastic. It has been and still is being modernised. Reception staff are very helpful bar staff are great. We would definitely recommend it. It was my birthday, and a bottle of Champagne was left in our room with 2 glasses, which was a nice touch.

We had a 7.30am pick up on our last morning. We were unable to get a coffee or any toast/ cereal.etc we paid for 3 nights B&B, and we only got 2 breakfasts. The hotel could do with arranging some food and drink for early morning return travellers.

Location was great, staff are very helpful and friendly, for the breakfast there was an amazing selection of everything and more. A stylish hotel the bar was lovely.

There were nowhere near enough sunbeds round the pool. Our room was not hoovered whilst we were there and the towels we very hard.

The reception staff were particularly accommodating and friendly. I really liked how they were able to provide us with fresh towels after a spontaneous swim in the sea one evening. The breakfast host was great too, very friendly. The rooms were super. They were really clean and spacious. It was great to have a safe and fridge in the room. Both worked perfectly. The air-conditioning was also flawless. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, as good as you can get. The USB charging ports were also really convenient. The breakfast variety was excellent, and the food was great, too. The atmosphere at breakfast and pool side was brilliant with the live music. The perfomers were excellent and created the perfect ambience. This was such a nice touch. The drinks provided were also excellent. Lovely fresh juices and nice coffee machines. The pool had everything we needed. It had a lovely seating area. Inside the bar has plenty of comfortable seating too. The location is 10/10. Not too far but not too close to all the action. The beach is right outside. Thank you Melia and staff. You made our stay perfect.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be the elevator. It's a bit small and slow. So if there's a lot of people waiting, you could be there awhile. We didn't mind taking the stairs, so it wasn't really an issue for us.
