I booked a short break away and did not want it to be too expensive however despite several communications with the property owner I have not received my security deposit back of 150 euros even though she said she had returned it. I am very disappointed as the holiday was lovely.

Everything was good. I liked apartment, clean, enough space for me and my daughter. Good location, near the town, beach and shops. I would be back.

For no fault of it's owner, if you want a peaceful stay, this place might not be suitable as it is located in front of the park where a lot of concerts happens. It didn't bother me too much, but I didn't sleep at the weekend as there were very loud music till 1am at least. I would join them if wouldn't have my daughter with me 😆 Also, maybe would he good idea to fix balcony door. It didn't lock and being on the 8th floor with a child it gave me anxiety. I moved furniture around to make sure my daughter had no access to it but shouldn't have to do that.

Everything! Location was fantastic ..especially for the OLD TOWN and Poniente beach. The apartment was spotless well kitted out and equipped for self catering- plenty of crockery and utensils and it was very spacious.The utilty room with washing machine sink ironing board and iron was a bonus! We were on 3rd Floor( lifts available) and had a sea view and pool view and also overlooking the beautiful local park Aguilera.We cpuld see the fireworks from therd from the xmas fiesta.The balcony was huge and could easily accommodate a family.( 4 chairs and a table provided and slso a clothes hanger for drying those wet towels and swimming costumes!) Teresa tge host/ manager welcomed us and quickly and efficiently dealt with check in explaing everything important( keys to entrance and room, arrangements for catching the airport bus on departure etc) Excellent.

The beds were fine but the mattress was a bit too soft for my preference. Maybe memory foam as i kept sinking in the middle..but a small matter and the apartment was such excellent value for money it was not a deal breaker. Id stay there again in a heartbeat. And just a tiny thing..an ice cube tray for making ice would be handy..but again a minor thing as we bought a huge bag of ice from the Mercadona( supernarket) right next door to us for around a euro!. Well G&T on that balcony's just not the same without the ice and lemon is it? But thats not a complaint ...just a suggestion that other guests may appreciate. We had a fabulous stay here.

Location was perfect. Apartment was cosy and had everything in it (including a washing machine). Double sofa was actually two mattresses. Staff super friendly. Big Spanish shop next door.

My only real problem was the TV. It was ancient, tiny and not smart. Not good if with a non Spanish group. Hmdi cable to mobile phone didn't even work.

Absolutely lovely apartment, very spacious. Had separate large bedroom. Kitchen area and sofa/tv area. We were on a corner so our balcony was huge and got the sun most of the day. We had a large fridge freezer and a washing machine, both very handy for our stay. Apartment was very clean and our bed and towels were changed frequently. Close to beach, bars and restaurants. Would definitely book this apartment again.

Nothing to dislike

The Location of this property is very good close to the old town, within walking distance of pretty much everything, we stayed on a high floor and the view on the balcony was brilliant, supermarket right next door, Air conditioner, nice pool

I’m not sure if it was only a problem on the higher floors but the WiFi’ was not great, didn’t really work at all for us. Small bit old fashioned

We stayed in apt. 9A which was basic but spotless. Shower was amazing and beds very comfortable. Balcony was a good size with a lovely view over the park and sea. Even got the sun from about 12 til sunset. Lovely pool with some grass and shady areas. Mercadona next door which was very handy.

The sun loungers at the pool were so uncomfortable!! Nobody could lie on them. No option to sit up or lie flat Hard slatted white plastic with one position. La Caseta, please look at this!!!

Apartments are a good size with lots of self catering facilities including a washing machine and a bath. Instructions to enter and check in could be better. I stayed in Apartment 1A and the sliding door to the balcony DOES NOT LOCK as it's broken. This could be a concern for people with children and as it's only 1 floor up is a security issue. The gate at the front also bangs quite heavily upon closing which is just annoying.

Excellent location, sea and park view next door to Mercadona and within easy walking distance of Old Town and beaches. Lovely large balcony, very clean kitchen and utensils, utility room with washing machine, lots of hot water. Large fridge freezer. Pleasant pool area with plenty of sunbeds and chairs. Very helpful staff. Safe in room at extra charge. Air conditioning fantastic as it was so hot. TV with British channels.

Sunbeds were not very comfortable as they had no reclining backrests. Towels were very thin. All the pillows were too thick and hard to sleep on for us. There were a few noisy and inconsiderate guests who stayed up talking and smoking until the early hours (approx 3.30am) with noise and smoke wafting upwards from their balcony.

In a quiet location with walking distance to both old and new town very secure really comfortable beds shower very powerful free WiFi and great cooking area really good value for money

We had a fridge freezer in the living area which maybe could have been put in the utility room and for nights in would have preferred a larger tv
