Brilliant entertainment, best breakfast. Loads of choice. Lovely rooms, very clean and would definitely come back to this hotel. Loved it. Brilliant location also.

Loved this hotel but the pools where far too cold. They don't heat any of the outdoor pools. The sea was warmer. No one was in the pool. Even the jacuzzi part of the main pool was freezing. I thought they were heated a little.The pools where the reason we picked this hotel. Kids couldn't go in them so we had to pay for the indoor pool. 6 euro each, another 6 euro for swimming cap and 2 euro for locker key. I think that's way too much. Especially as there was 6 of us and residents at the hotel. I recommend you bring your own swimming cap and leave all valuables in your room. We visited in November also, so I'm sure the pool temperature will be a lot better in the summer.

Lovely hotel. Great location for exploring the local area. Very close to the old town and beach. Every member of staff we met was very friendly and extremely helpful. My son had a massage and used the spa facilities, which were great. The massage was reasonably priced, compared to a lot of hotels. Unfortunately, we couldn't get a booking for the escape room, as we were only there a few days, but it was a great addition to the hotel. We were only B&B but the breakfast was wonderful. Lots of choice and always more than enough delicious food. The rooms were spacious with a great shower and cleaned daily (loved the fact that they provided shampoo and conditioner). We visited in January, so didn't use the pool, but the pool area was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Benidorm.

Just to be aware that the drop off and pick up point that we had for the RH Princessa was outside the Poseidon Palace, which was a couple of minutes walk away. Not an issue for us at all, but just something to consider if someone has mobility issues, or very heavy cases!

We went in low season. The hotel had a great value for money offer. The full board is good option but for a full week can be repetitive. The price of drinks is very reasonable. Staff very helpfull. Good location. 10 min walking to the beach. We tried the gym and spa. Gym is paid. 7€ gives allows you to go to the gym and to use the SPA for 2 hours. There is an indoor 25 meter pool. Great for those that want to burn some calories while the sun id not present. Overall is a great option.

Would say 7€ to go to the gym seems excessive, eventhough you can also use SPA. Food may sound repetitive after 5 days.

Still a nice short walk onto the new town front though (10 mins) Cleanliness - fantastic. Big shout out to the cleaner on the 12th floor. Amazing job ever day and she was so friendly (wish I’d got her name) Entertainment- this wasn’t quite as good as in previous years (in our opinion) there were less variety - no comedy acts as before and less British singers. Kids enjoyed the kids club and games - thank you 🤩 They also enjoyed doing the escape room. Pools - absolutely freezing but didn’t seem to bother our kids. Indoor pool - shame kids can’t go in till 4pm (handy rainy day activity) All in all a lovely holiday, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to families with younger children Thank you

I was in the hotel for 9 days and what really I don't like the food 😐 to much beef but no one day chicken 😕 even a brest chicken no one day mash potatoes 😕 the bacon I was to salted in the morning the seef doesn't now how to make a proper omelet ,and for so many years I come to this hotel the pool always I was wormed and nice but this year I was very ice cold I was not acceptable to be there for 9 days and I couldn't swim not really nice and I'm thinking to change the hotel the next year

We are travelling by car, the hotel was easy to find and has plenty of parking for a small cost, this is a definite bonus in Benidorm. The staff are really friendly and helpful, we had to change rooms at one stage and everything was sorted well with the minimum of fuss. It’s a short walk from the old town which we found perfect. This is a great hotel with everything you need for a good holiday

Nothing could have been better

Our flight was late in the evening so we arrived at hotel at 11pm. The reception staff had prepared a bag of treats for us fruit sandwich cakes and water. It was a lovely surprise as we were tired and hungry.

We had booked half board. The food was lovely at dinner. There was no price list for the drinks. They were just tapped on our card. When we went to check out we got a bill for our drinks but it wasn't itemised it would be better if they had a price list available for the diners.

Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and very clean and fresh - location good, room very clean, fabulous air conditioning, toiletries supplied and room checked mid afternoon, pleasant polite staff, in room fridge and tea/coffee making facilities

Too many children - pool and sunbed capacity not ample for the size of the hotel, be prepared to get up at 8am to queue if you want a lounger. I asked for a quiet room but very noisy probably because of the amount of children there, normally my husband and I would have booked an adults only hotel but we were travelling in a large group so went for location and room sizes. If you don't have children avoid

Nice personal, always there to help you. It’s in a quiet area, far from the discos, so you can sleep well even with the small kids very good parking covered or uncovered depend how much you want to spend and secure also A big Mercadona close buy, if tou want to buy something, but also a lot of other small supermarkets and restaurants , and hairdressers. For the rest it’s ok, they have and offer everything that is in the presentation pictures on the website.

Average food, it was enough but almost the same every day, and sometimes tasteless. The furniture in the rooms it’s a little bit old The elevators are very slow, and you have to wait. Imagine that is like this now in May. In July and August it’s a problem It is not very far from the beach , 7 min something like that, but when you return to hotel it’s a hill, take this in consideration if you have small kids that needs a stroler, you have to push :)
