We were genuinely impressed – the hotel looks even better in real life than in the photos! The rooms were modern and well-equipped, with great attention to detail in cleanliness and comfort. The pool area was a real highlight – beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. What truly stood out though was the incredibly kind and helpful staff – they went out of their way to make our stay smooth, even arranging taxis for us when needed, without hesitation. Breakfast was another big plus! Even though the area can get busy, parking was never an issue – the street offers plenty of free spots, and we always found a space nearby without stress. Overall, this place exceeded all our expectations. Great location, warm hospitality, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. While it was fresh and tasty, it would be great to see a bit more variety, especially across different days. Also, having a small bar or the option to purchase drinks by the pool would be a great addition :)

The staff are extremely friendly and efficient.They couldn’t do enough to make our stay more enjoyable.The breakfast was lovely and more than adequate .The hot breakfast options were plentiful food temperature always hot .Lots of fresh fruits breads pastry’s savoury cheeses meats .Excellent fast speed complimentary wifi in all areas.The Power shower was great .The rooms were spotless and plentiful fresh white towels daily.Loved the 24/7 access to complimentary water and complimentary teas and coffees.It was a lovely touch.The location is great on a quiet street with restaurants bars a few minutes walking .The AC in the room was the best that we have encountered .Lovely quiet pool area .We had no trouble securing a bed.The rooms have an adjoining little balcony as well .Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

It was perfect.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable with free air con. Breakfast was included and there were a good selection of pastries, juices, cereal and hot food. Free water, tea and coffee in reception was very helpful. Pool area is small but nice and although there are limited sunbeds we always got two. Good location.

Bathroom was small and very compact but manageable. I agree with others it is easy to hear other customers and rooms/doors could do with more sound proofing. Didn't impact our stay but at times noticeable.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had the feeling they like their jobs. I liked the location in a rather quiet street, and yet very close to the beach, shops& restaurants. If you come with a dog the small park near the beach is perfect too. Free water, coffee & tea 24/7 was very nice. I didn’t use the pool and didn’t get the impression it ever gets crowded :)

The rooms are quite basic. There could be at least one more hanger in the bathroom for the towels. There could be some more hanging option in the room itself besides the open wardrobe on the wall . The breakfast got me bored after a while, because I don’t eat pastries and sweet stuff and the salty options were not as many.

This hotel has excellent staff, who made us feel very welcome. The facilities were fine for us for the 8 nights we stayed, albeit our room was a little smaller than I had expected. Breakfast was fine too - there was plenty of choice, so everyone would find something to eat. The pool and pool area were lovely and everything was spotless. The location is very convenient for the beach and also the many bars and restaurants in Santa Ponsa. There is a main bus stop around the corner and so it was really easy to get there from the airport and travel around the area. There were direct buses into Palma and also to Puerto Andratx, both of which are worth a visit.

Nothing of any consequence!

What a lovely hotel! The STAFF are warm-hearted, always ready to take care of you, and radiate a familial (uncle/cousin-like) kindness. The breakfasts (8AM to 10AM) had all the essentials which you might need (fruits, cereal grains, eggs, cold cuts, baguettes, sweets, etc) and are served nicely. There's always free coffee/tea and mineral water available all day (even at night). The SURROUNDINGS have beautiful and healthy plants, the color scheme of the hotel interior has a feminine aesthetic (not girly, just calming). It's kept spotless clean. The ROOMS have air conditioning and cute small balconies. The room-to-room sound insulation was good. And the LOCATION is perfect: quiet street, in walking distance from the beach, grocery shops, and restaurants. There's a bus station (107, 103) close by that take you to Palma. If you rent a car there's a public parking lot next to a school, close to the hotel.

The things we disliked were not so much faults of the hotel: If you visit off-season (during winter) bring slippers because the tile floors are cold (which might be nice during hot summers). Prepare mosquito repellent! The light doors to the room don't insulate the noises from the echoey corridor.

Everything! What a phenomenally wonderful little hotel. Ease of check in was great. Staff were so attentive and friendly. Food was great! Location was absolutely superb, 3 min walk to the beach and 1 minute down the road and you are in the hustle and bustle of the local bars and restaurants. The rooms were superb. Comfy beds, good lighting, great air con system, spacious bathroom and high pressure shower. We even had a balcony which had a great view. Everything was cleaned daily. The pool area and all outdoor area was clean and very well kept. And for all of this, the price was great. I can’t rate this place any higher. 1000000/10

The location is great...not far from restaurants, bars and the shops. The beach is a 5 min walk! The hotel is kept very clean and rooms are made up and checked every other day. The staff were very friendly during our stay and very helpful when you needed anything. Cold water vending machine and coffee machine free of charge. With a deposit we could rent beach towels from reception so we didn't have to pack them! Great atmosphere too with the fairy lights and the decorations.

The breakfast was good and very well presented. However one day they ran out of cheese and it was 9am. Also orange juice would have been nice but there was only apple or pineapple...this is my only criticism as on the whole Miranda 4U was brilliant!

The hotel was well located, in a quiet road yet only 5 minutes walk from the centre. Everything was very very clean and comfortable. Breakfast which was included was excellent and covered all options with a good variety of foods, plenty of drinks - hot and cold. Lovely terrace for having drinks and chatting, along with a nice bar area. Would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, well located hotel offering good value for money.

Unfortunately the pool had had to be emptied due to a leak so we were not able to use it during our stay, but for future travellers the good news is that it was up and running again on the day we left!!

The hotel was half an hour from Palma Airport. A'n hour by bus. Which cost anywhere between €5-7..everything you need is right beside the hotel. Hot and cold buffet breakfast with freshly baked breads. Coffee and tea and mineral water machine is free all Day /night. Staff all speak fluent English. And extremely helpful. Could not fault hotel for value for money cleanliness and helpfulness. Hotel is adults only and is closed in winter.. If you wish to have a hairdryer Iron it will be a deposit of €10. A beach towel will also be a deposit of €10..I would highly recommend the local shops will sell these at a cost of €5.

The government local tax. Took me by surprise at €26 which must be paid on Arrival. We arrived on 20/9/23
