This property is sold as adults only, but there was plenty of children in the property and staying there I feel ripped off as I wanted a adult only location and I paid a lot of money to stay there

Good wifi.Pleasant staff. Good beds.

There are about 20 sun beds on the small public beach near the hotel. Each of 3 mornings I saw ALL of them " claimed",covered with towels -by 8 a.m. So unless you plan to get up before then you'll not have one in summer. By 11 there is not one square foot of available space on the sand. The cala itself is attractive with clear seawater. Aircon in my room was very poor. Too many examples to cite here,but hotel seems very poorly managed.Disorganized. Buffet Breakfast ,at 70 Euro a couple, was not on a level one usually sees at 5-star hotels in Mallorca. I spent a good 20 minutes checking in online the day or 2 before,sending photos of passports,etc. When I arrived I had to do it again. Elevators so slow even staff gave on them on occasion.

Breakfast was delicious. The majority of the staff is extremely nice and attentive. The location is perfect as we loved being near the marina and also right at a lovely little beach. I received a massage at the spa and it was amazing. The spa staff is exceptional.

There were times that the staff took a while to serve us at breakfast, lunch or dinner and a couple of times they got our orders incorrect. The food at lunch and dinner is not as good as breakfast. We didn't receive an overview of all of the hotel when we checked in which was odd. Finally, they need someone to take orders at the pool. There were times when I went to the pool bar to order beverages and no-one was there. Another guest had to whistle down to the staff at the main restaurant to get someone to come up. When they finally did...the staff was a bit standoffish.

The Donna Portals is a beautiful boutique hotel offering a peaceful and elegant escape near the coast. The design is modern and chic, with a relaxed Mediterranean vibe throughout. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony with sea views. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the experience feel very personal. I especially loved the pool area — calm, well-maintained, and perfect for a quiet afternoon in the sun. The location is great, close to the beach and just a short walk to restaurants and shops. A perfect place to unwind — I would definitely return.

Beautiful location, smartly designed with great facilities including a pool surrounded by Bali beds and ample friendly staff attending to your every need. The Spa and gym is well designed. Paula gave us excellent massage treatments that sent us into another world. Daniel, the head coach concierge was incredibly helpful from day one. He made reservations in the harbor for dinner every night and arranged a car rental to explore the island. This was truly a 5 star experience. Every staff member knew our names and greeted us with a smile while offering any help we needed.

Absolutely nothing. The attention to detail could not have been better.

I loved everything. I had a lovely stay! The room was incredible, very nice design, very comfortable, with all amenities you could need. A stunning view. The SPA was fantastic, so beautiful and well built, you relax instantly there. The room was perfectly adapted to the needs of my dog. I've never seen staff so kind, helpful, beautiful, always smiling and very nice. I m really impressed. As it was new years eve I received a special intention, I really appreciated it!

There was a dirty towel hidden behind the curtain when I first entered my room which means it's not thoroughly cleaned. When they cleaned my room, they didn't refill coffee, tea and water. They removed what was dirty or used but didn't put back new ones. Same for the small towels. Therefore I was quite disappointed by the care of the room. The room was not soundproof, I could hear everything in the corridor perfectly.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful from the moment we arrived and organized everything we needed from transport to restaurant reservations. The hotel restaurant is superbly located overlooking the beach and small bay. The breakfast options and service were exceptional and the range and quality of food at the restaurant is superb.

The bar facilities at the pool area are still being completed so were not ready for use (but will be excellent when finished). There were a few problems with the kitchen in the restaurant for one evening which resulted in long delays to the food - but the waiting staff did everything possible to make the dinner as good as possible. The meals are expensive.

Although it was an express visit, my stay at The Donna Portals could not have been better. In many places, if you only stay for one night they put you anywhere and don't pay attention to you; from the moment I entered the hotel the treatment was top notch, with personalised attention and a very friendly and attentive reception staff. The room I was given was beautiful, clean and tidy. The pool area (beautiful!) is magnificent, and although the hotel is right next to the beach, you can relax in the hammock, away from the noise. Taking advantage of the fact that there was room in the Spa, I booked a treatment and the girl who attended me was super helpful from the beginning; she showed me the available massages, after the massage she took me to the waiting room, where you always have snacks and hot and cold drink options. A special mention to the spa space itself, the design is surprising for a spa, but allows for an absolute relaxing atmosphere. Finally, I would like to comment on the fabulous experience I had at the restaurant. The food is luxurious and the service exquisite; again, totally personalised and always attentive and willing to recommend both dishes and the wine to accompany them. The next day, again, at breakfast, the service was magnificent. I can't imagine a nicer place to have breakfast than the terrace overlooking the beach and the breakfast is well presented and varied. At check-out the staff were again lovely, and helped me with everything to make my departure easier. It is certainly clear to me which hotel I will choose for future stays in Portals Nous, because one night was not enough.

Wonderful stay in Mallorca. Without a doubt, the best location I have ever stayed in - 5 minutes from Puerto Portals and 15 minutes from the center of Palma - almost private beach with completely turquoise water - the room was a real dream, it seemed like I was floating in the sea . We tried the new restaurant The Merchants to celebrate my husband's birthday and the entire team made sure the evening was unforgettable. I recommend you try the TNT prawns and the shrimp carpaccio. Thanks to Rosa and Pepi from the reception team for helping us in every way possible. The SPA team was wonderful, I recommend the Signature massage with Noi ;) Thank you Donna Portals family
