We loved the pool and the whole area. The receptionist and waiters in the bar were very nice. The appartment is comfortable, the only thing that was getting on our nerves were the ants. It you don't have a car, there is a bus station in front of the appartments. Ciutadella is just 15 min away by car. It is a quiet neighbourhood which we really liked.

Only the ants were quite annoying, nothing else.

The apartment is very clean and the service is amazing. The location is the best one if you look for something out of Ciutadella (10minutes). The swimming pool and the bar area are the kings of the place.

They have to improve some things in the apartments. For example, put an umbrella on the terrace to be able to enjoy this place during the sunny hours, put some more utensils in the kitchen such as CUPS , there are only small glass glasses, put a ventilator in the living, etc. I was in june and the temperatures were very hot, and the apartment only has a ventilator in the bedroom, we couldn't enjoy the living / kitchen during afternoon because it was boiling.

Great staff and very welcoming. It's a very traditional hotel but had very limited food choices. Overall is was good but when walking the Cami de Cavells we just needed a bit more food options. The room was Ok though.

Options for dinner. We were told that the end of the season why they didn't have much food in but, we'd paid for the same service as anyone else.

What an experience! Not only is Sa Cala prettier than its photos, but the staff are wonderful - friendly, helpful and happy. The place is a little touch of heaven. Yes it's simple, and no, there are no frills, but it's clean, comfortable and extremely welcoming. I highly recommend a stay here!

The personnel was incredible. They were so attentive. The man and woman at the breakfast were fantastic. The facilities are incredibly clean and, while a bit old, in incredible good condition. The location was excellent and the cala (walking distance) is beautiful. We really enjoyed staying there.

The kitchen at the apartment had just the basics. Perhaps they should provide a bit more such as a kettle.

Internet connection. Every time when I tried to connect to wi-fi by my iPhone, it was big problem. Usually connection showed like connected, but there was no internet

Located close to a beautiful Cala. The staff and really friendly and helpful. The apartment is simply decorated and is neat and clean.

I really liked how spacious and rustic the apartment was. it had quite a lot of character and the complex is in a wonderful location. The staff were so sweet, friendly and helpful. it had a cool vibe. I really liked the jazz music playing in the bar by the pool. This place has personality and character. The surrounding area is really lovely too. We went on two beautiful evening walks. it is not built up and there are some interesting street light sculptures. The price was very good too.

The only thing thing that I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning in the apartments. on my last night I could not sleep at all! There didn’t seem to be any air circulating. there was a fan in the bedroom, but it didn’t help me at all. it would be nice if there were electric fans available to plug in. I would have benefitted from just having another electric one too cool down. I had to hug a bottle of water from the freezer!

The apartment was clean, in a good location compared to Ciutadella and the most beautiful beaches, but far away from Mahon. The staff was very nice and kind, they even let us stay in swimming pool area after the check out considering that our flight was in the afternoon. Overall was a nice experience and lovely holiday😊

Wifi was very poor, kept on disconnecting all the time. Even if the place was clean, it happened to find ants on the table when coming out in the evening, so leaving even fruit on the table wasn't indicated at all.
