The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were amazing and spoke many languages. In the restaurant if necessary the staff would find and clear a table for me. Huge choice of breakfast and dinner at the buffet. The rooms were clean and tidy. Great location...near the beach or for walking or hiring a bike. Amazing scenery nearby.

From my room I could hear bad pipe work in the next room...each time cold tap was put off it made a loud, irritating noise. Also, I kept hearing a loud noise from probably a door handle being turned and opened (possibly bathroom door) across the corridor. One final thing...when walking close to the hotel there was an awful smell from a sewerage plant.

What WASN'T good about this stay?! From check-in to check-out, the amazing staff made me feel like family. Constantly making me feel welcome and contributing to a much needed restful and rejuvenating stay. I even extended my trip for four days as I couldn't bear to leave I was having such an amazing time! The hotel was one of the BEST I've ever stayed at and was such good value for money. Also, don't be put off by the word 'buffet' the food was REALLY good. The pools were great and I swum almost every day and it was so wonderful to have access to a private beach. I can't wait to go back!

Everything , the location is perfect close to the sea but also to book a day trips. Our room had beautiful view of the sea. The property is family friendly and there is plenty to do for small children. Our daughter was too small to engage with the activities in children club but still we enjoyed the time with her in the swimming pool at the beach or playground. All of the staff are super friendly and very hard working. The drinks are of good quality my brother in law enjoyed his Jameson and coke.

In general the food was lovely and plenty of choice for adults but not so much for the youngest one especially if you travel with the small baby that need to eat more soft or pure foods. The yoghurts were too sweat and not really tasty . However my daughter got lovely birthday cake

Lack of staff. This is the only issue. What bother me is that these guys work definitely too much, the are exhausted… Please find a solution

It is a great hotel in perfect very quiet location. Sea view rooms have most excellent views. Nice pools. One heated and comfortably warm. Nice looked after grounds.

It seemed that there were shortage of staff in restaurant. One evening we had dinner and nobody came to order drinks ( we were half board). Also for probably the same reason breakfast selection at around 10:00 was already very scarse and a lot of items not available. Breakfast is advertised until 10:30. So one should expect to have the same choice of breakfast at 08:00 or at 10:00. But at 10:00 it was more limitted continental option ( no pancakes, very limitted pastries, limitted to few hot items) than breakfast we had day before at 09:00.

Great location close to the beach. Also 300m away from Spar and Hiperdino and plenty of local cafes and bars. Really nice park nearby. Breakfast included, you have options for halfboard (+ dinner) and all inclusive (+ lunch). Good selection of food each time. Hotel has several pools, gym, spa, bar, restaurant etc. Had a room with a balcony and a seaview - this was great (but paid extra). Room comes with a safe box, fridge, TV (good selection of channels) - all good but nothing exceptional. Car parking is all around the hotel, its get full at times but didn't have any problem finding that one empty spot.

A coffee machine in the rooms would be welcome. I asked for a late checkout but it was not possible in my case. Both check-in and check-out involved waiting in a queue of people.

It’s location, the pools, the beach and the junior suites were some of the best family rooms we have ever had.

The fact that people booked sunbeds for the day and then only used them late in the afternoon. Saturday night a group of young people were a bit rowdy however this was not the case the other days where everyone was very well behaved and used the bar with a lot of moderation.

Hotel Tindaya is overall a nice hotel with plenty of sun chairs around the pools, room recently refurbished, spacious common areas. It’s located directly on the beach and positioned in one of the best part of the island ( my personal view ) as not so “squeezed” between other huge buildings

Food is just a kind of ok , nothing more. Plenty of variety to offset basic quality. To top it all I’d have preferred several segregated dining areas to keep control of decibel while you enjoy your food….the dining room was noisy

Everything you would expect in a. 4 star hotel. Staff, to few, were on the whole willing and able. Great location, superb views,right on beach and walking distance to town. A.I. package good, on paper, shortage of brands advertised or maybe a reluctance to promote unless asked. Food was good, for a buffet option,plenty of choice and availability. Entertainment great for kids.

Our fault,great hotel for families, not so much if you're adults only Staff, as I said on the whole good, but not enough of them. Gym equipment needs a refresh. Rooms a little tired and need a pick me up.

All the staff were helpful and friendly, the reception staff went above and beyond and always had time to help. There was a huge selection of different foods at breakfast and dinner...all really tasty. Great relaxing atmosphere. Great views of the sea. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and was great to have the balcony.

As with most hotels, the walls were thin so could even hear snoring through it from the adjoining room and could clearly hear through to their bathroom.
