Very modern, clean with friendly and very helpful staff. A good 30 minute walk to main town, but taxi just under €10, and very easy to book at reception. Adequate parking outside, and easy to find from main routes. Decent price for a hotel of this quality, as San Sebastián commands high prices. Not sure how it will age, as some of wardrobes fittings already needed some maintenance. Big comfy bed and decent shower. Breakfast was ok, with choice of hot and cold food.

Booked Superior room, but a little disappointed. Not very big, and although there was a balcony, it didn’t have any furniture. Had to take chairs from room to sit out.

We felt very relaxed in this hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and not cramped, with a little balcony. Cafe downstairs was mellow with fair prices. The hotel is a small hotel in a beautiful neighborhood away from the touristy section. There were buses a few blocks away that came frequently that we could take down the hill to the town. Picturesque location. Beautiful walks from this hotel to get to interesting sights. Staff was great. We asked for an electric kettle because that was not part of the amenities. They managed to find one to lend us during our stay.

We could have used a small fridge. Not sure if other rooms with higher rates have this.

Generally all hotel facilities met my expectations. The hotel is located in a quiet place and it takes 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus to reach the old town. There ia a lovely park Aiete close to the hotel suitable for a morning or evening stroll. Breakfast was a bit monotonous but of good quality,

Coffee machines in the breakfast room require a serious upgrade. After discharging a couple of drinks there is a long wait for the water to reach the desired temperatute.

- My room was clean and spacious. - The floor I was on (3rd) was quiet. - The upscale neighbourhood is calm and pleasant. - Access to public transit is easy, offering multiple bus routes (and inexpensive fares) to reach downtown. - Taxi service is easy to arrange at the front desk and cabs arrivr on time. - The walk to and from the downtown and beaches is a work-out! (That's a good thing. I loved the hill ascents and descents.) - A very good café-bakery is a five-minute walk from the hotel. It opens early (7/7:30 a.m.) A pub is located in the same complex. There's also a small grocery market there, but its hours of operation are limited. - The cleaning staff was courteous and responsive.

- At check-in, I was assigned a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The desk manager, LOREI, responded quickly and professionally to my complaint and moved me to a suitable room. (Lorei excels at her job; I was impressed with her.) - NO COFFEE MAKER or coffee (or tea) in the room. It's 2024; this is a service that should be automatic. (Small fridges should be in rooms, too.)

The room was clean and comfortable. The location, in a quiet neighborhood was still convenient to walk into town. The staff was friendly and welcoming and there was a restaurant and bar on site.

There was no way to regulate the temperature. The heat was on in the hotel so you could either turn on the heat or turn it off. No AC was available at the time. We could open the window though. Also the walls were a bit thin. One could hear it when the neighbors made any noise or the maids were cleaning.

A nice hotel in a good location. Parking available. Good breakfast. A good restaurant attached to the hotel. Parking was important for us and I was a bit concerned if we would get a spot but arrived early and had no problem. There seemed to be parking available in the general area even if we had been unable to get the hotel parking. A medium sized hotel with friendly service. It's about 20-40 minutes walk to town depending on where you are going, and downhill. On the way back we found an escalator to get up the hill so ask reception for directions for that. Otherwise there seems to be a very regular no 19 bus to within about 5 minutes of the hotel. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good. Probably not too expensive given the quality. We ate there both nights and were happy with it. There was also a nice bar/ cafe close by. It was a residential area with a nice park around the corner. We would definitely stay there again.

Nothing stood out to find objectionable. I didn't think the aircon was great but it wasn't an issue for us.

Very welcoming and helpful staff: the barman was friendly, and the receptionist even dug out an umbrella for me to borrow. The room was neat and tidy, and had a view over surrounding countryside. Located in a pleasant neighborhood, it was easy to get into and out of San Sebastian by bus. Meals both in the bar and the restaurant were varied and well cooked. The residents lounge was a peaceful and comfortable place to sit in.

Nothing to dislike

Really nice hotel. We stayed only one night driving back to the UK from Southern Spain. But the hotel was impressive styllish, clean, tidy, efficient and comfortable. Good free parking outside the front of the hotel, good snackbar and bar area. I can highly recommend the cheeseburgers. As the weather was bad we stayed in and ate in the hotel restaurant that too was excellent. Staff were all friendly and quietly efficient too. Room was large and comfortable, we would stay again without hesitation.

The room was great. Very comfortable with large bed, table, chairs and bedside chair. The balcony was nice. Bathroom very clean and good quality towels and robes, great shower. Public transport to the centre was just around the corner. On site cafe and restaurant but also some nice places close by. The breakfast was very filling and had something for everyone. Staff very helpful.

Nothing, it was a great place.

The hitel was in a quiet location but with excellent bus link into town. There was lots of space for parking and a good choice at breakfast. We aye in the hitel one evening and although there wasn't a huge choice everything was nicely cooked. We had the Mirador room which gave us access onto the roof terrace. This terrace was only open to other people between 11am and 8pm so was ours alone at other times. Definitely worth the little bit extra .
