Lovely comfortable room with a balcony. Good simple breakfast. Good position on a cobbled street with plenty of tapas restaurants.

Reception members of staff were not the most friendly. The male staff member was positively grumpy and rude.

The hotel is at excellent spot in the down town, in the middle of a part with lots of bars and restaurants. However, it is still a quiet place. Staff is helpful and nice. They helped me with automatic check in because my name in the reservation was misspelled and I was not able to check in automatically. Bed is comfy and the bathroom is also quite large for the single room. AC is working properly. Breakfast is also very good, with proper coffee and really good selection of food.

The bathroom was not spotles clean at the check in, but during my stay the room was cleaned properly and I did not have any other complaints.

Very clean and comfortable. A very nice hotel with lovely staff. A nice bedroom and spacious bathroom. I arrived early and as my room was ready I was given the room. Loved how easy it was to check in on the digital board. The location was perfect to reach all the tourist attractions. I could walk to all my sightseeing tours and restaurants. I did not try the hotel’s restaurant but if I was there longer I would have tried the restaurant because the food looked nice on the menu. I definitely would stay here again. I am usually a 4 star person but this 3 star has mad it on my list.

The location was amazing is literally in the middle of the centre you get access to everything as its near by. The night receptionist is very supportive and helpful speaks little Arabic & super cool. Provided us with all information we needed and nice spots to visit.

The only thing which has made us struggle a little bit is when we tried to extend our stay the morning shift man said there isn’t any available room and we need to leave by 12 we rushed and panicked removed all our stuff from the room but when we checked on booking rooms were available so we had to check in back at 2 pm i think this was not necessarily of him to do so even he had attitude comparing to the girl working in the evening

Wish we'd had longer here. Amazingly situated in central Granada on "Tapas Alley" and across the road from the bus stop for the land train AND public transport buses (which are cash only, so don't try to get on with a card). Within a 10 minute walk you can be at the main shopping streets, the old town, all the bars and restaurants, it's literally perfect for the price. The room was a good size, the air con worked well, lovely to have a balcony too, even though it was boiling so we couldn't have the door open for too long. Reception check in was very easy, pay at the property, and the staff were very polite. There is a bar/restaurant attached to the hotel so if you arrive fairly late and need water, they can supply it at a small cost.

The hotel is located at a great location - in the very center, close to the streets with restaurants and bars, but not in the too busy area. It felt safe to walk in the streets late in the evening. The bus station where you can catch a bus for the central bus station is some 2 minutes away. The room was spacious, the breakfast ok.

I like having a kettle in the room to make some coffee when I wake up, and before heading for breakfast. I didn't ask for one at the reception, so it might have been possible to get one.

Excellent room, very clean and with a comfortable bed. The hotel is next to restaurants and bars and next to the city center. It is very easy to visit all monuments. The bus stations is very close to the hotel. The staff was very kind and both girls in the reception told us everything we needed for our visit in Granada. The second day we had to leave very early in the morning and they had prepared our breakfast to take it along with us. We will stay at the same hotel if we will visit Granada again

Spotlessly clean, well furnished, bed very comfortable, with clean and crisp bedding. The bathroom was good with an excellent shower worked well and lighting very good. Well situated for historical sites and shopping. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

Entrance to hotel is beautifully decorated and furnished however, as you have to check in by a machine there was no welcoming smile to greet you, which is needed after a long journey, making the whole experience extremely impersonal. it was rather like walking in to an upmarket furniture shop and nobody to ask for help. The electricity to my room must have been set on a low wattage, as it was impossible to charge my mobile phone or my mobile charger. Drawer space needed, an additional shelf in the bathroom for personal items would be good.

Lovely hotel, the staff where very friendly and helped us plan the day, they have a self check in machine. We were upgraded to a bigger room, very spacious, comfy big beds with memory foam mattress and pillow, with a mini fridge, the bathroom was very big ! The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is just a few minutes walk to the centre and on the same street with the hotel there are plenty of great restaurants. Easy to take taxis, the reception called and without max 2 min would ne around the corner. Even the shopping centre El Corte Inglés is 4 min walk.

Our stay in hotel was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was very central to the city and the sightseeing. The hotel's location was on a street that had plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from that offers tasty tapas and drinks. We stayed on the third floor and the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable for us. The beds were very nice and had memory foam pillows. The room also had a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a good air conditioner. Everything was very clean and the staff from housekeeping to the reception were very friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is really great value for money. 9/10!

The only thing I did not like was a light by the entrance of the hotel room that had a sensor- and it would turn on and off at inconvenient times if you were near it. It's not a major thing, but I wish there was a way to turn it on or off without the sensor.
