The food was excellent a very varied choice and space to find a quiet corner to eat. The apt. had a selection of TV channels in english and the apt. was clean and well maintained and you could cook stove top food also microwave.

Although the apts. are no smoking if people smoking on their terraces/balconies near you its not possible to use yours as it is very smelly. People also smoke right outside reception doors and that makes it smelly and the staff must find that annoying.

The apartment was clean and fresh and had a good feel. The Air Con and TV were good The kitchen was a little under equipped. Just enough for 2 people. No tea towels or washing up stuff. It did not bother us too much as we were out most of the day. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. It is eco friendly and a sustainable resort. We were self catering, most guests seemed to be all inclusive. It has a waterpark, which was well supervised and cleaned regularly.

Nothing, it was all good.

Entertainment team has been amazing.Their involvement in the activities,the energy put in to ensure the public enjoys and participates, in general 10/10.Food was amazing too,good variety and amazing mix of flavours. In general the staff is brilliant.I can certainly say that we will be back…

Probably the cleanness and the queues at the bar

The second half of our stay room only basis. Apt. was comfortable quite well kitted out. A two ring hob, ,microwave, toaster and enough utensils for basic cooking. TV has a selection of english channels and live acts on the outside stage.

People smoking were hard to avoid in outside areas and made using our patio impossible.

Queues for the reception area can be quite busy and also used for the bar and the outdoor food area could be waiting up to 15/20 minutes for food. rooms are small a family of 4 would be tight! for a family resort? 2 single beds with a couch that pulls out for kids.

Location was good, staff all very friendly. Breakfast good, lots of choice. Massive bonus that the kids are allowed in the pool in the evening. The pool did not close

Evening entertainment pretty dismal

Harrison and Gaspar did a really good job, one keeping the kids entertained another keeping the parents happy with drinks

The weather was a bit crap for few days, not they're fault and they tried so hard with extra entertainment.

We loved everything about Albir Garden Resort. The property is immaculately clean inside and out. The pool and slides are fantastic. The best holiday I've ever had with my kids they had an amazing time and are begging to go back. We will be returning next summer.

Rooms were a little on the small side but not a deal breaker as they are more than adequate for what you need when on holiday.

Central location and gardens layout

Not having been told beforehand that full ID is required to check in. This ID has to have your photo on it. Only passport or driving license or these details on your phone are accepted. I was annoyed that this information was not at hand when I made the booking from the UK

The staff,especially the entertainment staff prioritised children as the most important customers, ensuring inclusion from start of the day until close.

I can honestly say, we couldn't fault a thing.
