On our way to la Gomera so only a single night stay and more than acceptable. Good location and very clean plus fortunately very helpful staff still on site at 8pm to assist with checking in - the self check in I know should be simple but we struggled a little. Short distance to port next morning after quiet night surrounding and in hotel.

The two women at the reception were very helpful and they went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. They showed true customer care. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, a supermarket next door, taxis around the corner and a pleasant promenade to the old town centre. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary, safe, small fridge, kettle, fitted wardrobes with plenty of space, drawers and hangers. Big bathroom with a big shower tray. Balcony.

I didn't like the fact that in order to leave the room you have to remove the card key from the electricity slot that gives power to the room, so if you want to leave a laptop or mobile phone charging while you are out you can't. There's also a white noise coming from the box that activates the electricity that only stops when the key card is removed so again, you can't read peacefully at night because if your bedside table's light is on there's also that annoying white noise... I'm not sure what they can do about it. We mentioned it at reception but it seems to be as it is. Few pubic hairs found in the bathroom

The location, size of room and balcony terrace was great. Value for money excellent. Cleanliness and friendly staff all excellent.

The only downside was the fact that the bathroom is big, with a lot of area where there could be more hooks to hang towels, and the shower floor was very slippery when you were getting out. Also our room, 403, the temperature of the shower fluctuated from scalding hot to cold, and then somewhere in between so you had to be very careful. Also a grip to help you get out of the shower on the wall would be useful. In the bedroom, a second bedside table would be useful as we had 2 beds and only small table to put things on. apart from that, it was excellent value for money.

I have stayed here as a solo traveller on multiple occasions in that it is within 10 min. walk to the port for the ferries to La Gomera & La Palma Islands. The bus station is also a 5 min. walk away. Room was comfortable with air con , satellite tv & a decent fridge. Hotel is very close to bars & restaurants along the Los Cristianos beach strip & within 5 mins walk of Church square & the old town part of LC. For a solo traveller generally provides good value for money.

It was a one night stay after the ferry from La Gomera before going to the airport. Staff very pleasant, rooms clean and reasonably comfortable. Location is very convenient, and it is in a fairly quiet street within 15 mins walk of the port and 10 mins walk for the bus stops. It is very good to have a kettle and mugs and a mini fridge in the room.

Rooms very small, back rooms back onto traffic area. Walls thin so you can hear neighbours speaking. It was quite expensive considering.

The hotel is 2 star and my room with balcony was adequate. The hotel is very clean, the staff are kind and helpful. The water for showers is hot, there is a small fridge which is good. Wi-Fi is included in the price. There is a small lounge and outside seating area.The hotel location ia excellent. 5 mins walk to the bus station. 5 mins walk to the beach. 2 minutes walk to shops, bakeries, cafes.

Pleasant looking block Hotel, very close to restaurants and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Nice area and pleasant lady in reception. There was no breakfast offered but there is coffee and kettle in the room. We had a large balcony, with clean table and two chairs, which overlooked the street. We were on the first floor and couldn't hear the small amount of traffic.The bathroom was adequate with white tiles and orange trimmings throughout. The sink had a plug and there was instant hot water. There was a large mirror but no shaving light. Nor was there an extractor fan. There was plenty of shelf space though. The shower was clean and forceful, although not particularly large.

The walls were thin; we were woken by our neighbour puking in his bathroom at 4am and that was none too pleasant.

Great location in Los Cristianos, ladies at reception couldn’t be nicer, gave us safe free of charge. The room was very bijou but for a 1 night stay it was fine. Nice new white towels and sheets. Bed very comfortable we slept well. Around the corner was Ricon de Pan a perfect spot for breakfast.

This is a budget hotel and at the price we were charged I couldn’t criticise anything about the stay

The room was exactly as expected, the location is good it's close to the bus station, restaurants, the beach and stores. Check in and out was very easy with a self check in machine. The staff was helpfulwhen we had any questions. The have a luggage room so we could leave our bags for the day after check out. The bus station is really close so if you don't want to rent a car it's a good choice. The airport bus and any other main bus stops here.

There were some construction works done in the hotel when we visited but only during the day so it was not a big deal.

Location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants nearby and really close to the beachfront. Staff was lovely, room was very large and clean.

Bed was a bit too small and the mini fridge didn’t work very well. A bit expensive for what it is - but you’re paying for lovely staff and the convenience of being close to all you need.
