The hotel is in an excellent location, 100m from the metro station and you can reach the center in about 10 minutes. The staff is fantastic and extremely friendly. Starting from the receptionists who are kind and very helpful, through the wonderful ladie who work in the breakfast room , to the ladies who maintain hygiene. Everything is sparkling clean, both the rooms and the common areas in the hotel. Also, if you have a later flight, you can leave your luggage at the hotel. Everything is perfect

Clean Smelt nice:: entering the left to go upstairs the room, everything smelt nice and clean. Good size, we had the double size bedroom and it was a good size . The only thing I would say is it was quite noisy on the streets. The bus is going by in the morning. .

The buses came by in the morning, it was a bit noisy. There was no toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, or any of the products that one should receive when booking a room at a hotel .

I loved the bedroom - so spacious, good bed, pillows and clean sheets and towels, nice wardrobe and desk; I also liked the breakfast, the friendly staff (always ready to help you!) and the location (so close to a metro station and bus stops!)

I didn´t like the outside of the hotel and the bad smell around it. It doesn´t look as nice from the outside and the reception has a the feel of a very old hotel. Yet, when you go to your room, everything is modern and so good! The staff friendliness compensates all of that!!

Location is superb-almost right next to Legazpi metro, easy access. No fuss check-in. Though surprised that the counter staff didn't require for my credit card. After checkout, only to receive a message that my stay was categorized as unpaid. First time experienced this, but no brain cells were killed. All's well.

The windows overlooking the courtyard of rooftops. No greenery or unblocked skyview. But these are bonus, not a must.

Location - right at a big junction with metro and bus stops a few steps away. Staff were helpful, could store the luggage post checkout. Basically a no nonsense hotel with basic rooms at a good location. Good for just night stay.

I had a single room - the space was really tight. Hardly had room to use and work with the luggage. Surprisingly the bathroom was pretty large. The hotel is dated, needs a refurbishment.

The staff were all very friendly. We forgot some cheese in the fridge and they kept it for us so we could take it before going home. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We were only there for one night and arrived at around 2am, making the 24/7 reception perfect for us. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro station around 150m away, which is ideal for those who want easy access to travel methods.

The shower could use some maintenance as the rubber was mouldy and the taps were very old. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Good value for money, good ventilation and air condition, the bed is comfortable. The location is very nice, right near a bus station and a metro station.

There is no free drinking water, the front desk staff at night does not understand much English. The cabinet is not clean, there is some dust in it. Sound insulation is not good.

Great location with access to walking, metro and bus options to get about. Breakfast great with Marisa a star giving personal service to everyone. Being able to breakfast between 7 and 11 is very helpful. All staff polite, helpful and attentive. Rooms v clean.

A bit noisy some mornings as my room looked onto buses and street cleaning.

I liked how clean the hotel was from the reception area, and my bedroom. The staff at reception were very helpful. They also spoke good English which was very much appreciated. I liked that it was located close to the Metro and where I could go for a long walk. Great value for money.

The only think I didn't like, or at least could be improved is that I could not get any English speaking channels on the TV in my room.

Location is not central but good to move around thanks to the proximity to the metro station (Legazpi). Room were clean and spacious. Check in and check out was smooth and simple.

Some people of our group lamented the noise (they could hear loud noises from other rooms and the elevator). A better isolation would be recommended.
