No fuss and good value with exactly "what it says on the tin". A really good place to stay when on a budget or if you just want somewhere to put your head down after spending both time/money on for us what's most important; enjoying things to do in the city. Loved that it was really close to a metro station so it was easy to get to. Hadn't booked the breakfast originally but when we saw what was on offer we changed our minds for 2 out of our 3 day stay to suit us.

Only minor thing for us was that in our room the child's bed across the main bed is in need of some small repairs underneath. While we didn't have our daughter with us on this occasion if we did I think I could have been waking up to some chip board pieces in my face some mornings.

The room is a bit small, but it is enough. There isn't a separate bathroom, it is within the room. The box and the toilet are separated. For us, it was not a problem. It was all very clean and pleasant, and the front door people were always nice. The breakfast was great, and you can choose if you want to eat there at the moment (no need to reserve it). Also, it was a 5 min walk to the subway, which was great. Apart from that, there are a lot of stores and options around the hotel, so you won't struggle at all. If I ever return to Madrid, I plan on staying here again. Oh. The shower was amazing and the bed was good.

As a person who knows San blas and Alcala, to me the location is perfect. Corresponds with my needs and job. The staff were super helpful, it's close to everything, the place itself has things you need and it's quiet, convenient for overnight travelers. They also called a taxi for me.

Been to many Ibis hotels, but first time the central heating in my room wasn't working. Thankfully didn't need it as much. The bathroom is quite small and the sink is in the room. It okay for an overnight

It's IBIS budget, so you can expect the standard IBIS amenities and service. All good for the price. - The location is good for 2 things - ability to park around on the streets + proximity to metro - There're also good options for dinner nearby and grocery store is close

We were in the city unexpectedly and were able to book and check in after 10:30pm. Your staff were friendly and made our dog welcome. Our children appreciated the hot shower and clean comfortable beds.

The inner entrance door is not automatic, I did not like touching it as hundreds of people pass through daily. Both inner and outer doors should be automatic.

Great location and stay for the price! Very easy access to metro or short taxi ride strait into the city or other tourist spots. Walking distance from the hotel were many great restaurants and cafes, a small shopping center and many little shops and a beautiful large park to explore. Staff were friendly and we had a great stay. Rooms were basic as expected for a budget hotel, but clean and did the job. If visiting madrid i would stay here again.

the cleaningless, the breakfast is quit complete, fresh. The staff is in general is very helpful and polite.

the breakfast area is a bit crowded. No much space to take the food staff and continuously had to await or go around to take the food. it was noisy on the ground floor my first nigh, I was listening the noise of the reception area the all night and the music very early in the morning. but I did ask the receptionist if it was posible to change the room to other less noisy and they gave me other room that day. the other room was perfect 👍. Many 🙏

Our stay was amazing, the room was amazing, they hosted us in the most beautiful way, the rooms are clean, they tidied up the room and changed towels every day, we received guidance from Jose and Jermo every day about the amazing places in the area. The hotel is close to all the important places, the parking of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast is very good and of course the natural orange juice that is squeezed in front of you at breakfast, I will always return to this hotel, thank you for making us enjoy Valencia
