What I really appreciated about the hotel was its clever use of space in the room I stayed in and, of course, the cleanliness of the room. Another positive aspect was the effective air conditioning, which was crucial for a calm and comfortable stay, especially considering Madrid's intense summer heat. As someone with respiratory allergies, I found the air conditioning not only essential but also exceptionally clean and efficient.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the towels. While their cleanliness and scent were impeccable, the fabric quality was lacking. It was quite unpleasant.

I chose the hotel because I needed to be near to Madrid Chamartin station. And it was close, both by foot and by metro. It was pleasant to walk around the surrounding area, as I did before my train out of Chamartin station in the morning. And using the metro it was easy for me to access Madrid centre for the atternoon and evening of the day I arrived. The room was simple, but it was clean and well organised, had everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed sitting outside for it. But what really stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I speak very little spanish, and so need help with a few things. The guy on reception spoke good english and was extremely friendly and helpful, as were all the others I ran across.

Everything was great.

A basic but comfortable and clean room with a small folding desk and chair, strong warm shower, air conditioning and a safe. My room even had an openable window with a view over the front of the hotel. Staff very friendly and flexible - happy to provide snacks and cold drinks at all hours; they even answer the ohone and agreed to give me the same room for seperate consecutive reservations.

Staff is extremely kind! all of them were very friendly and helpful, but i really liked Madam Maria at the breakfast time. She is lovely! The neighbourhood is very quite and the metro stop is very close and in madrid the metro lines are very efficient and with service until 2.30 am. So you are far from the noisy and croweded area of the city center but in a position that makes you to reach that area very easily

The only critical point is the bathroom that is realized inside the room with no window and not well separted by the room as the upper part is open...for that i think that the price 90 euros per night is overpriced

I was meant to spend one night, as I had a late flight into Madrid and an early train from nearby Chamartín station. My flight was delayed and I ended up having only a few hours. As I could not cancel anymore I decided to check in although I was expecting not to sleep. I was greeted by a very kind and smiley receptionist, the room was basic but super clean and spacious, absolute quietness and fast heating device. I only had time for a shower and 3 hours sleep, but I managed to rest.

The facilities are really good, there is nothing I didn't like from it, considering the price range. The location is not great or beautiful, but you can see that when you book. If you wish to visit Madrid for a weekend, you may want to stay closer to the city centre. If you are staying for longer, this may be a good choice, because you have 2 Metro stations at only a few minutes walk and you may need to pay a lot more in the city centre for a smaller room.

The location is great. Only about 20 - 30 minutes from the airport using the metro. The metro stations are only about 5-10 minute walk away so it is really easy to get into the city or anywhere else you want to go. There isn’t loads immediately near the hotel. A few food places but with the metro so nearby this doesn’t really matter. The staff are also really really friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Room was a little small and could do with slightly better lighting. Otherwise was perfect. Didn’t try the food but it looked and smelt really good and was pretty cheap compared to lots of other places in the city.

Good breakfast.

The shower in the room is improvised and made out of galvanised square steel and wood veneers. It was awkward when someone had to go number two and the other person was in the room. No sound or smell isolation between the so-called-bathroom and the rest of the room

Near to metro station and facilities

Don't have the space to park the car without paying per hour. All the area around you needs to keep moving the car between the areas. Don't have options near long-term parking.

the room was nice, bed was comfy, plenty of towels, air conditioning worked perfectly

you can hear people snoring in the other rooms and everything that happens on the corridor. Some towels are pretty rough the water pressure in the sink is a bit crazy
