Great location. Stylish room that was nicely air conditioned. Quiet and clean. I liked that most of the guests (at least those in the breakfast room) were Spanish speaking. Didn't feel like an American tourist trap (and I'm American!).

The elevator was broken for one day, and we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs. And yet they stilled charged us $3 for a bottle of water in the room fridge. Really?

The room and bathroom were a great size and modern. It was nice that there was a shower only, so no climbing into a bathtub. We didn't have a kettle in the room to make tea, but a quick ask to the front desk and we received one. The breakfast was very good and had a decent variety of food. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from the front desk, to housekeeping and the people in the breakfast room. My wife left her rings after checking out and did not remember until we were already at the airport. A quick call to the front desk and with follow-up emails they arranged for shipment quickly and without too much effort. A big thank you to them for this!

It was sometimes noisy at night, but this was everywhere in Madrid, so it is what it is.

Location was right off Gran Via with good bus and metro access. Nice little square next door, although under construction at the time of this review. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were of good size and the bed was comfy.

Windows were not sound proof. Unfortunately, the noise from the street carried into our room. It was also the week between Christmas and new years so there were tons more people in the city. I know there are windows out there that block sound because we’ve stayed at places right on a big plaza and didn’t hear a thing.

Front desk were really friendly and positive all the time. My room was clean and comfy. There were a bottle of aqua gifted 1st day. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body milk were there for my use. Noise wasnt disturbing at all. However I recomend you to book your room not side of the elevator or stairs. I loved the shower!

It had only 1 window facing to another hotel’s wall. Couldnt see the sky but it was mentioned earlier so it was not a suprise. Blanket was a bit odd, it is like a sandwich between two sheets thats why it kept splitting.

The location is exceptional. The hotel is in the city centre, but on a small side street which keeps the place quiet. The breakfast was good, enough to start the day hassle-free. Across the street, there are small shops for 'emergency' shopping. The underground station is a five-minute walk from the hotel, on a busy main shopping street. The staff was friendly. I would certainly recommend the place.

There was no designated space for luggage in the room, but as I reserved one of the smaller rooms, maybe I should have expected that.

I had a fantastic stay at (PETIT PALACE TRES CRUCES )The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. My room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. I came here with my family and my little ones got ill staff were so helpful they did help us sort a doctor and hospital out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Excellent location, close to all the main shopping areas. Thank you all for your lovely service we appreciate you x.

I recently stayed at Petit Palace Tres Cruces and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, you'll find everything you need within walking distance. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The hotel's proximity to major attractions, dining, and shopping areas made exploring the city incredibly convenient. I especially appreciated the nearby public transportation options, which made getting around a breeze. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

The hotel is perfectly situated, the location couldn't be better. The room was a bit small, but has everything you need and the bathroom is pretty big. We received a room with twin bed although we wanted a double bed and unfortunately the hotel didn't have any room with double bed free, but the staff solved it by adding a big thin mattress and then it was ok. I very appreciate how the staff was able to solve it quickly. They have absolutely amazing breakfast. I would definitely recommend and stay there if travelling to Madrid again.

The glass in a shower is too small and it's impossible to avoid water out of the shower. The door wasn't soundproof at all, so we heard all the noice from the corridor.

Location is excellent... easy walk to main attractions. Beds are very comfortable with good pillows. Staff is extremely easy and helpful. Shower pressure and temp are perfect. Don't let lobby fool you... a little less fancy... but clean and wonderful and the rooms are excellent... we had a lovely balcony with great people watching. If you want a place that is centrally located for a great price with very comfy and clean accommodations... this hotel is perfect.

Didn't have breakfast because it seemed expensive. Location was excellent and was the main reason we chose to stay there. Liked having a window we could open. Accepted the offer of upgrade for that larger room and was glad we did.

We were unable to set the air con to a temperature we liked. Also the flooring was a bit noisy, we could clearly hear other guests walking in the corridor late at night. Very small issues and not a big deal.
