Actually everything! Such a clean and large room with terrace. Never had a bigger bed size than here. Breakfast was great, staff super friendly! Very close to bus, metro and train station. At arrival we got an extended introduction about the city and transport possibilities from the friendly person at the reception desk. Without this information it would have taken much more time to find out.

Nothing! I had read that the hotel and rooms were not that cosy decorated and that is maybe correct but it didn’t bother me at all. I thought we could walk to the beach but that takes up to 40 minutes. You can take the bus for only 0,50€/ride, same for the metro to the old city. This is all well organized.

We had a great stay at Eurostars Málaga with our 2-year-old baby girl. The staff was wonderful — very kind and helpful both at the restaurant and at the reception. Our room was on the 6th floor, with a beautiful terrace and a very large, comfortable bed — our baby slept between us and everything was perfect. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options. For dinner, we chose from a predefined menu, and the food was delicious and more than enough for us. The hotel is also very well located, just a short walk from the main train station, which was very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to public transportation (metro, train, and bus), which makes getting around very easy. The historic center and the beach are also within walking distance for those who enjoy exploring on foot. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dated in style, but it was spotless, which I really appreciated. Breakfast is quite basic, but enough to start the day off right. What stood out most to me was the cleanliness of the entire place. Special thanks to the housekeeping team, they truly do an outstanding job! My stay went smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again.

One small inconvenience was the door, it needs to be slammed quite hard to close properly, which can be a bit disruptive. Also, I was charged for a small bottle of water from the minibar at checkout. As a frequent traveler, this was the first time I’ve been charged for something so minor. I understand it’s not complimentary, but sometimes small gestures like that can make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

We needed to be close to the train station so I chose the hotel based on that, I was pleasantly surprised, the hotel was very clean, the room was very clean, the communication between us and the staff went very well they’re very helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good, we haven’t tried the breakfast but I’m sure it would’ve been great as well. I’ll happily book this hotel again

Iron and iron board was not available in the room, they have a separate room for that. I have experience this in many European hotels so it doesn’t inconvenience me but I prefer when it’s in the room.

I had a great experience staying at Eurostars Málaga. The front desk staff, especially Alex, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One issue occurred when I found a small bug on the bed. I reported it to the front desk, and they responded quickly by changing my room without hesitation. The next day, the hotel manager Antonio arranged for a professional pest control company to inspect the room, and everything turned out to be fine. I was very impressed by how seriously the hotel took my concern and how efficiently they handled the situation. Great service, and I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Really nice friendly staff welcoming us. Very clean large room. (Nothing luxurious about it but comfortable enough). Great hard working staff in restaurant and bar area. This hotel is less than 5 mins walk from the station so was just perfect for us. Would definitely stay again if I need to use the train. The only slight criticism I’d have about this hotel was the mediocre breakfast. For me it was disappointing for the price and I wouldn’t have it again. I’d eat it at the station where there are plenty of places to enjoy a much cheaper breakfast!

Maybe they could announce a few minutes before that breakfast buffet was being cleared. We came in about 10.30am due to a late Arrival at the hotel as did several other people and the buffet was cleared away prompt and very quickly at 11am . Some people went to get more more food only to see it was all removed . Maybe just a call just to remind people it’s finishing . Removes the risks of complaints

The location of the hotel was perfect! It was close to the bus stops and just beside the train station, Maria Zembrano. The reception staff were very friendly. They took time to answer all our questions and even took their time to tell us all of the sites to see in the old town! The staff in Oval restaurant was super friendly and really warm. Shout out to Leandro who always had a ready smile for us!

Good standard of accommodation in a surprisingly quiet area next to the main railway station and a short walk from the city centre.

Window hard to open (AC stops in the winter season and reverts to heating only; not good with outside temps at 20 degs plus). Bathroom: ill-fitting ceiling tiles, finishes needing some tlc and slight smell of rot. Sound insulation in the bathroom with the room next door also poor and felt as if the guests there were in our room.

Very good service at reception. Very comfortable and excellent breakfast.

Not about the property but of the price that booking. Com charge. A High price without given option and not given a free breakfast . Maybe it is the last time I booked with you.
