All was green and clean, personal very helpful and smiling

The only negative thing was that when having a dinner, you are not allowed to have a glass of water. ( I ordered and paid for wine and/or beer) …but sometimes you need a sip of water when you come from beach and go directly to dinner. The personal always came to my table and informed (with akward smile and apologies) that when wearing a red wrist-band (half-pension) you are not allowed to have a glass of water. That was the absolutely only one negative thing, the remaining 99% were great.

Good hotel with a pool and plenty of meal options. You have access to fitness and bar. The hotel is also really good looking and we really enjoyed sitting beside the pool. There was plenty of shade. Each room is its own apartment in its own house and it looks really nice. Hence you have a lot of privacy. There are palm trees, bushes and fake grass everywhere and it really adds to the looks. You also have a small shop nearby which is a huge plus. If you want to relax, sip some cocktails or beer and just enjoy life, then this is the hotel for you.

The location is full of exactly looking hotel and they own every bit of land there. Therefore you can’t get direct access to dunes and beaches, because they have fence everywhere. You have to make a really big circle around which is not really amazing. We also didn’t like Maspalomas much since it lack some authentic vibe. Its made for tourists that came on the island to spend money.

Very beautiful garden, nice pools, good food (except the coffee), kind and helpful personnel, good location, quiet, family appropriate. The houses are very beautiful, the flowers around are magnificent, the property is easy to find and you have a lot of places to park your car. The beaches were with rocks and algae most of the time, also big waves, so the pools were a perfect addition to the vacation. Especially for kids. Very nice pool bar, good food all day. Food music some evenings, we liked it a lot and I would for sure return here.

The only thing that I did not like was the 2 beds pit together, because they quipped moving and separating during the night, also the 2 mattresses were moving apart, so I had to push them together a few times a night. And the fridge is extremely small, you could only fit 2 bottles of water and maybe a small snack or a fruit or something.

The peace and calm around the whole hotel. Quiet and relaxing everywhere. There are always free sunbeds during the day (in january). Seafood and fish options are exceptional at dinner. New yeara eve menu was also very nice.

The staff could be much more kind to guests. Sometimes you have to wait at the beachbar and nobody is around. If you go into the restaurant and looks clueless, there are 3-5 people doing their stuff but nobody asks you if they can help you. Neither when you get the eye contact. This is not true to maids, they were very friendly. Sometimes you have eaten your food and still nobody asked what you want to drink. The food (other than sea and grill stuff) is below average, the coffee machine uses instant powder, terrible.

Very well maintained, good water pressure, room cleaned every day. Free shuttle buses but having a car was handier. Friendly staff especially Isabel! Food good quality and decent variety. We asked for extra coat hangers and got them no problem.

Pool was so cold! Would have used it more if it was slightly warmer.

Very relaxing kind of hotel consisting of liitle bungalows instead of huge big block. Swimming pool in centre and restaurant and bar. For the price is it really fair and chill place. Super quiet, clean and friendly. Definitely coming back here again Food at the breakfast is quite good, plenty to choose from, only could be marked what is vegetarian, so don't have ask staff every sin item

Please mark for what is vegetarian or at least mark what is what. Hard to guess. Deco might be slightly outdated.

Beautiful grounds , pool area lovely , everything spotless. The staff were very friendly and cheerful from reception down to ladies that cleaned the rooms everyday . Would highly recommend this Hotel. We will be coming back.

There wasn't much we didn't like , the rooms could have really used tea making facilities. Next time we will bring a travel kettle. Also there were no drawers for smaller items of clothing , only wardrobes so we had to leave our swimwear etc in our cases.

This property exceeded my expectations, I had a great time and the staff was always so friendly and helpful. I got the all-inclusive pack which is totally worth it and makes for an even more relaxed holiday. The property is very well taken care of, the landscaping is beautiful, the pool was massive and the gym is probably one of the better-equipped gyms I've seen around. The buffet always kept changing and the food was actually pretty good.

The pool was always freezing, a little bit of heating would be great.

The location is uncomfortable. Far from everything, isolated separate area: if you want to rest far from the city noise is excellent, however not a walking distance to anyway. The hotel provides buses to the city center and beach. Water in the pool was always cold; however, it was written that the pools are with a heating system. Furniture requires renovation!

Definitely the pool. It's really huge with an embedded whirlpool. The staff is really friendly, especially in the restaurant but also the animation, the cleaning ladies, gardeners, reception. The selection of the food in the morning but also for dinner is great. Great taste and variety of the meal. You can eat well there. Different things to do, like table football, billiard, table tennis, gym. No use of a key (instead a password), so no search of key necessary.

Location is not that good. Nothing really close (restaurants, bars, shopping). If you have a car it doesn't matter. Gym equipment ran down.
