- Spacious and clean room, - Breakfast, - Location.

Dinner was quite varied. Some days it was excellent, but at times, the quality was poor. The worst part was on our first night, when dinner was a buffet. Each table had a bottle of water, but at the end, we were charged 4 euros for it. While 4 euros isn’t a big deal to me, it felt like a bit of a trick, and no one likes to feel tricked

Nice hotel, close to the city centre. Nice places around to have a walk. Amazing view from balcony on the port and city, nice swimming pool but was still not enough warm on second week of April to use it, water was cold. Nice bar, waiters were lovely and prepared special alcohol free cocktails, as im not drinking alcohol. A lot of taxi around, the price ok to reach around.

Rooms need renovation in some points, but it’s fine. The most odd and inconvenient it’s 2 single beds together, instead of one double. Beds are on rollers and every time moving and shaking, so no chance to have hugs with husband 😅

Size of the room, view from the 11th floor, the terrace, the breakfast, the pool - there were all very good.

The city is 20 mins walk, get ready! Parking was a nightmare! The ticket we got from the reception did not work. It was a permanent hassle for 4 days to get in and out. The guys behind the counters were not helpful at all!

The location is great. Walking distance to the cathedral and the old town. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable.

Unfortunately the room in which we staid did not have good isolation. We could hear the traffic outside and the neighbors from the nearby rooms. Acceptable maybe for a 3 stars hotel but definitely not for a 4 stars. While for breakfast, a variety of products were offered, the eggs were cat. 3 (coming from caged farmed hens). In my view, 4 stars hotel shall offer high quality products to the customers.

It was a lovely, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent.

A bit far out from the centre and unfortunately road works outside were noisy and limited access to the marina. Not the hotel’s fault but chose the location near to the marina so that was disappointing.

Breakfast is served as a buffet, offering a wide selection of high-quality food and beverages. The cost is €16 if purchased at the reception, or €18 if paid directly at the entrance of the breakfast room. At check-in, we were kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room instead of the city view originally booked. The room was spacious, with fairly comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The hotel pool is convenient and well-maintained, with a bar service located right at the entrance of the area. However, it can get a bit overcrowded, especially during peak hours, it's definitely a case of “first come, first served.” It’s also worth noting that the hotel is not adults-only, so the presence of families with children is quite common, particularly around the pool and in shared spaces. The hotel is part of the Meliá chain (although it probably wasn’t in the past) and enjoys a strategic location: both the beaches and Palma city center are easily reachable on foot or by public transport.

The room, although comfortable, featured rather dated furnishings and lacked the attention to detail one would expect. There were visible signs of an incomplete renovation, with unfinished finishes and a general sense of neglect. It was quite evident that the hotel is an older structure, and honestly, given that it belongs to the Meliá Group, I expected a higher standard in terms of quality and presentation especially considering the cost of the three-night stay, plus the additional local taxes paid.

Great Hotel with lovely room and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent facilities including swimming pool. Very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately a lot of noisy roadworks going on close by but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is in a great location, right near the port - we were visiting for the boat show. The pool is amazing and super refreshing after a few hours in the sun! The rooms were comfy and clean, but I personally prefer a proper duvet (I know most hotels in the Med don't provide this during summer months). The room was serviced each day, and the staff were very friendly.

The beds are comfy, but I've definitely had better - nothing to knock the rating down by though. The lighting could have been better as it was hard to see at times when getting ready in a morning (I wear contacts so have to be close to the mirror)

Great hotel, on the marina and everything is either at the door step or a short stroll. 15-20 mins walk to the old town. Great view of the marina from our room. Breakfast was nice. The Pilates class we attended on Wednesday was a super arrangement (they run a couple of yoga and pilates in the hotel). We were sent a small treat since celebrating our anniversary, very kind of them. Best pillows. Very helpful staff.

The rooms lacked a bit of Spanish charm with decoration being very bland. Towels were a bit old, but clean. The hair dryer didn't work and was a very old one (the one that mounts on the wall) Separate shampoo and conditioner would've been nice, some body lotion also. No iron or ironing board in the room. Unless you get a good room for sea view which is directly facing the water directly, you'll have other guests being able to look through your room if they're in balcony.
