It was like an appartment...Good and spacious with a good size terrace with beds table and chairs. Great it had a walk in shower as I have some back and hip issues. Very handy to everything especially the late night bars with good music.

Couldn't believe there was only one mirror and it was over the sink in the bathroom. It wasn't great...I had to go to the side light stripes on it to try put my makeup on. We couldn't even see any full length of ourselves for the whole holiday which was so annoying. And to wait on each other to finish in bathroom to use the mirror was mad. There is plenty of room in the appartment to put a long mirror and good lights.

The location ie really great. The hotel and room itself the same.

There is no chance to have a late check out even you want to pay. Maybe here there is place for improvement.

The location was ideal for us, near the beach, shops and lots of fantastic restraunts. Parque La Paz is a fantastic Hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom rooms are modern and spacious. Clean towels and cleaner in every day. The only criticism was the shower tray and sink in the bathroom seemed not to get cleaned. Everywhere else was cleaned to a good standard. We were self catering and it had everything we needed. We can't wait to go back and we have been quite a few times.

The apartments are clean and modern close to everything,this is our third time staying here. Staff are really friendly.

The pool is too small and it’s always hard to take a swim in it is so irregularly shaped. The room this time were very hot really missed air conditioning. Although we prefer fan it was 23 degrees at night and no breeze. They were also doing some repair work in our lock during the day during the week and on a Saturday so you did not get a lie in as all you could hear was the jackhammer

Great location, fabulous rooms, friendly & helpful staff. The pool is lovely & plenty of sun beds. The dining areas are immaculate, food choices brilliant & overall a very pleasant place to stay.. we would stay again.

Not much not to like. Our room was to the rear & did suffer from noise of deliveries early morning, some days more than others. The lack of aircon meant we opened patio doors more often, so the noise was moderately disturbing.. with aircon we’d have closed the doors & the noise would have been less noticeable.

Good location. The room was clean. We had an issue with the door handle which was repaired very quickly. We had a balcony with a lovely view. The staff members were always polite and friendly.

The hotel bar was always shut before 11pm. The beds were very uncomfortable. They only have single beds and on top of the mattress there was a quite thick mattress topper which kept slipping all the time. Those who are looking to book with all inclusive beware that the entertainment at the hotel is not great. They have a couple of activities for kids each day and usually a program for adults in the evening (a concert/comedy night) but it finishes early and it's not very impressive.

Hotel is lovely great location staff are so helpful and friendly my partener got sick on holiday and the staff were very helpful especially the argentian gentle man on the desk sorry but I didn't get his name had a doctor to the room in 15 minutes all was sorted and the manageress called the next day to see if all was well didn't go all inclusive but it would be well worth it had breakfast there on two mornings excellent selection of food and spotless clean with the prices of food in the supermarkets with basic food it would be worth the money to go all inclusive especially if you have young children

Would have liked a small shop for basic food like fresh rolls and water on site as the 3 litre water is so heavy to carry for 10 minutes away

Apartments are really nice after the refurbishment in a neutral, simple design with adequate kitchen facilities to make breakfasts & snacks. Bedroom is good size... comfy beds & ample wardrobe space. All areas of hotel are very clean. Staff are helpful, polite & smiley

I really liked that the hotel was very clean and tidy. The room was newly renovated, and the staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite. The pools and sun loungers were cleaned every evening, and the pool area was always well-maintained.

We had bought stay with breakfast included. I did not like the food – it seems to be poor of quality and clearly catered to tourists from the UK.
