Hotel staff were brilliant. Super helpful and kids club - the staff are amazing. They did foam parties for the kids, tshirt designing and friendship bracelet making, face painting etc. Glow/neon disco parties for kids on evening, acrobatics show etc - such great entertainment. The pool area is perfect , plenty of sunbeds and also cabanas available! A pool bar that serves food, ice cream and cocktails :) super convenient. We loved the breakfast - it was superb and as a coeliac myself, there was a whole section and toaster dedicated to gluten free breakfast items which was brilliant! The food in the bar downstairs was great and we ate here a few times for lunch - very convenient. Size of room for 2 adults and 1 child was brilliant. Shower was great in the room! The hotel is a couple of mins walk to the beach, which is stunning - soft white sand, shallow crystal clear waters - the beach is clean, plenty of sun beds available which are €9 per day for 2. Plenty of supermarkets nearby within 1 min walk of hotel - everything you need. We did Bed & Breakfast so ate out each evening and we got a taxi to the Port Alcudia or Old Town - both were super. Highly recommend Pippins on the beach for sushi (Thur-Sun) and in the Old Town Bistrot 1909 for amazing tapas and Sa Caseta for the best pizza I've ever had (incl. gluten free pizza and beer!).

The hotel lifts felt very old fashioned so we took the stairs up to Level 5 every day :) One tip for taxis to the Port and Old Town - download the 'Mallorcab' app to order taxis like Uber, otherwise there can be a long wait at peak times.

Great beds, pillows, cleanliness, and very attentive staff. The bathroom is of good size. Perfect breakfast and dinner, plenty of options, variety of meats, fishes, fruits, pastas, cheeses, vegetables, etc. Thumb up. The swimming pool is of good size, sun beds were always available. They provide towels for bathing and you can take it to the beachtoo. We received free water every day during the cleaning. Lot of resting places within hotel, even with beds and pillows. Easy check-in and check-out.

Just personal opinion, but I preferably have washbasin in bathroom not outside it. Doors to bathroom were on rail and one needs to get used to, that everything what happens on toilet is heard in the rest of the apartment 🙂. We had rooms with street view and is a bit noisy. The quality of drinks in hotel bar was not stable, it depended on the staff actually on duty.

Lovely modern and clean hotel, very well presented throughout! Breakfast lovely plenty of choice, staff all amazing and helpful. Great cocktails from the caravan bar near the pool. Pool area clean and plenty sunbeds no need to towel hog! Beds and pillows super comfy, room had everything needed. Only a 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach, white sands and turquoise waters.. Plenty shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Port de Alcudia approx 30 min walk along the promenade or jump in a tax for around 7 euros. If coming back to Alcudia, would definatley stay at this hotel again.

The fact my daughter is 17 and classed as an adult, as she was travelling with my husband and myself we had to pay for two rooms, to accomodate 3 adults, even though the rooms are very large with either a double bed or two singles plus a large sofa bed. The second room we paid for was only used to sleep and not to be together as a family. I think this policy should be reviewed and adult should be deemed as 18+ and the rooms should be available for 3 adults as plenty big enough. Our holiday cost us a lot more due to this.

We have stayed in Alcudia and at the hotel for 6 days and we loved it. We have booked a loft style room and it was huge, we loved the space as we had quite a bit of luggage with us. The room also had a double balcony, it's own bathroom with a shower, lots of storage and a sofa. Not only our room but the whole hotel was very clean, evrhty8ng was in it's place and well organized. Great swimming pool and a lot of seating are to chill, have a drink or a meal. There was also entertainment, wither a DJ or a singer. We also had breakfast included and it was delicious very wide selection of different meals, to suit everyone. Staff was friendly and welcoming and we felt looked after. Great water pressure in the shower too.

There was nothing we didn't like or enjoyed about our stay at the hotel.

Our room was just so comfortable and very spacious. We did not feel cramped and the facilities (microwave, kettle, fridge) were perfect. The atmosphere around the resort is great and it is very stylish. The breakfast was superb, so many options that filled us up until dinner time! The kid's club is also fantastic. They have activities for kids such as t-shirt painting, pottery, singing...The location is also perfect, close to all restaurants, beach and bus stops.

There is no playground on the resort and also the swimming pool is very basic and has no slides or fountains for the kids. We did not use the pool for that reason. We ate at Mascalzone (resort's restaurant) three times and every time the food was very much below average. I would recommend not eating here.

Together with my family we love the Meliá hotels and we stay in them across the globe and again this one did not disappoint. Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, very spacious room, how clean they were, delicious food at the buffet breakfast but also in the restaurant. And top class kids club with extremely friendly staff. My 6 year old son is huge fan of their kids clubs. The hotel is also located a very short distance from the beautiful sandy beach.

I honestly can’t say there was anything we didn’t like about the location.

Great location, 1 block from a family beach with shallow water and good for swimming. Really nice staff. Great breakfast, but the dinner option is not as good as breakfast. The 2 pool are nice, but could be heated for outside Summer peak. And cleaning at the pools is often left aside. The room is very spacious, and comfortable. Nice balcony. (We took the room with pool view)

Dinner is not as good as breakfast. It does not lack diversity, but lacks quality of food and drinking options (better wine, for example - specially since we pay for drinks anyway). Cleaning at the pools is often left aside. Amusement lacks alternative for smaller babies.

Excellent hotel, very nice premises and great breakfast and dinner.

Construction works going on, not only in the neighbourhood -beyond control of the hotel- but also within the hotel. They started very early in the morning. Our room was precisely right next to the works and, since the hotel was only 60% full -as we were told when checking in- it would have been great to have had our room farther away from the works.

Very stylish, newly renovated, cosy and family friendly. Reception & front of house staff extremely helpful and service minded, we arrived late and missed dinner so cold food package was prepared for us instead, really appreciated it! Cleaning services was excellent, our room was made up every single day. Dinner & breakfast was nice too, plenty of choice and variety of food, could not ask for any better. Overall great experience, really nice staff and highly recommend to stay here!

Not a big deal, however our son had his birthday and we mentioned it to guest relations several times (before & during birthday) but nothing was done. Would have been nice to get some small surprise for a kid, just some room for improvement here.
