Very enjoyable pool area. I knew that being out in the centre for the whole day would have been too much in Sevilla's infamous heat: I chose this hotel because of the outdoor pool and was not disappointed. However, you need yo be aware that there is considerable and noisy construction work going on in the pool area as of June 2025 (but it is still open). Also, our room was huge! Well-equipped and fresh. Shuttle bus to the Metro station was very useful,

Location: away from the centre (approx.15 eur by taci) and the area is not walkable, in between high speed roads without sidewalk.Nothing to blame on the hotel but you need to be aware of that.

Basically we like everything exept location. People working in hotel bar/restaurant could be more professional ( they come to you not according time you got there, there is completly unorder) but it is less important.

Location. Two problems. On a map you don’t see it is very hilly part so even it is not far away from town it is problem to go there without car or hotel shuttle which takes you to metro station. Hotel shuttle operates until 22.30h ; it’s to early in summer time. At that time spanish people still have dinner, so if you want to use shuttle you should come back still at light…

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and serviced every day. The pool was lovely with plenty of shade and towels available. The staff at the pool helped several wheel chair users into and out of the pool using either the hotel wheelchair or the hoist by the side of the pool. This is not always available and was good to note. Breakfast was served in the large dining room with a great selection of hot and cold food from the buffet. There was a shuttle bus to and from the local metro station which was easily available both ways. The city centre is only about 4 stops away.

There were a lot of steps around the hotel, but, clearly, there are ways to avoid them as several people in wheelchairs and with walking aids seemed to get to various areas of the hotel. There was some extensive renovation work in progress whilst we were there, but it was well contained and not at all disruptive. We had 2 beds pushed together but would have preferred a double bed. We did request this on booking, but we're advised that it was not guaranteed.

The hotel hall feels like being on a cruise. The pool was a great space — a bit noisy with kids, but with pleasant water temperature and nice music. The room was very comfortable (although I am not a fan of climbing stairs after walking all day in Sevilla). Breakfast was good and varied. The staff, from the cleaning lady to the restaurant team, reception, and bus driver, were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Although the taxi from the metro to the hotel is free, it would be much better to have a set schedule for pick-up. We had to wait 30 minutes in 41°C heat, which was very difficult. I would prefer knowing the driver comes at fixed times — for example, 15:00, 16:00 — and can do extra trips if needed, rather than waiting without any idea of when the taxi will arrive. That said, the driver was always very kind and helpful.

We are on a driving holiday of Europe, so being able to park underground at $ 6 euro per day was great. Then, being able to have a free shuttle to and from the Metro station a bonus. Loved the cafe and food selection and great customer service. Also, u could walk to a Mercardo, Domino's, or drive 3 mins to an Aldi or Papa John's Pizza. Lovely ig hotel that is undergoing renovation at present.

The initial room was on the 3rd floor. We were staying 3 nights 1st night hard to sleep because of the lift being right next door. This was even when the internal glass doors were closed. The room was comfortable, so there was no other issue. Mentioned it the next morning as we had 2 more nights and received an upgrade to a quieter room for free. We appreciate that the hotel customer service officer did this for us. Slept well the next 2 nights.

Thank goodness the hotel is undergoing an outer revitalisation of the building, as upon the drive up, I thought we made a huge mistake. The inside of the hotel is very nice and modern and as I understand it is mainly a conference hotel, so the location for that makes total sense as otherwise you need a car or as we have chosen a taxi to get to/from. We got a duplex room with the bed upstairs and living area downstairs with a toilet on both levels, which I thought was cool. The room was clean and cosy with a kettle, fridge, hairdryer and toiletries provided. The bed was comfy albeit a bit short for me :)

The A/C didn't work in our room, so we slept with the window open, which was rather noisy as we had our room facing a busy carriegeway. The shuttle service to/from the town centre only upto 6pm.

Like: The hotel is wonderful inside, and was a very comfortable stay. Excellent facilities and super reception staff. Dislikes: there was ongoing building work on the outside on the building, but I guess this work has to be completed at some point, therefore that’s probably just bad timing. The location was out of town, and did provide a shuttle bus. The downside is there is no where to walk to (ie shops) They are a very short taxi ride away with how the road is laid out (like a dual carriageway) Overall fantastic hotel, that I would choose again if I was to return to Seville.

- the room was very spacious - ample free and paid parking - pet-friendly - staff is very friendly and helpful - the biggest Ilunion hotel in Spain - free shuttle bus to and from the train station

- no egg station; there were eggs, I guess I'm used to other Ilunion hotels having an egg station (made upon request) that it was quite a surprise to not see it in this hotel - a bit far from the station, so if you get back to the hotel past the shuttle bus time, you'd have to take the uber or taxi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can't say enough about the incredible crew! All the workers were amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Their warmth made my experience truly memorable. The facilities were great, but it was the staff that really stood out. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch service!

It was quite far from the main attractions and the city center, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. If you’re looking to explore the area easily, this might not be the best choice. However, the hotel itself was nice and had friendly staff, so it's still worth considering if location isn’t a priority for you.

This hotel is more like a resort, from the hotel room quality and size even to the last minute accommodations. I went with my family, and I needed a crib. From the time of us checking in till we entered the hotel room the crib was provided and even the feeding table for my one year old. This staff is very courteous and nice. All front desk assistants are amazing and made our experience much easier with their ability to speak English. Everyone from the on-site restaurants and buffet services was amazing. I would definitely recommend booking the meal accommodations with your reservation. It will exceed your expectations. This location is definitely a 10 of 10 for me and it is not even the summer season

I love everything here the only feedback I would give in the children who are staying had access to like a play room for all ages. I know in the summer season this is very common this facility offers.
