Easy bus ride from Segovia train station to centre. Stop just 5 minutes walk max from hotel. Hotel very well done out and very nice room indeed. Breakfast was excellent. Easy walk from hotel to aquaduct and historical parts and many nice cafes and restaurants.
The safe deposit box in the wardrobe/ cupboard was not fixed to the furniture. In theory, anybody could just lift it out and walk out with it. I did point this out to the lady on reception when she had come to our room to sort out the deposit box when we arrived ( it wasn't working properly) and she said it was unlikely anyone could walk out with it. As she couldn't get it to work, she then said she would have to exchange it for another one and so proceeded to walk out of the room with it!!!! Quite why any hotel would have a safe deposit box without it being secure is beyond me!! We decided it was safer to keep our valuables with us!

This hotel was totally beautiful. Everything was super clean and well designed. The room was bright and airy, with a huge bathroom full of all the amenities you could need and more! Ive never stayed in a place that came with a hair straightener! There was the nicest little bar and courtyard where they serve a fantastic breakfast. The location was also perfect, super close to the Aqua Duct and Cathedral, as well as many great bars and restaurants.
My only negative thing to say would be the beds. They could be slightly more comfortable had they opted for a double or queen rather than two single beds.

Great location just a short walk to the aqueduct and old town. Room was spacious but got very hot as the a/c kept switching off. Could have been user error!! Nice garden area for a bit of relaxation outdoors and bar area with complimentary drink was pleasant. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was nice.
We had a room over looking the side street which has a couple of bars/restaurants. Went to one which was nice and didn't get any noise from them once back in the room. That came from a room inside until 2.00am!! Really echos around the corridors. It would be nice if people could be considerate. Or more rugs to deaden any noise a bit. Nit very exciting decor in the room - a bit more colour would be lovely.

the hotel is very centrally located and is a quaint building. Not as "historical" as I had expected, but certainly modern. Convenient to everything, which is also a function of the city being very walkable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice that there is a parking spot for hotel right in front for loading and unloading and "blue" parking is adequate and easy to find (though you need app to make it convenient). Hotel has arrangement nearby if that is preferred. Only "noise" really was the nearby church bells in the evening (adds character - not a real issue). Did not eat in hotel as food easily available everywhere. Lovely stay and lovely city
The only complaints are things that cannot really be improved. This are more comments that important issues. The tap on the sink is very poorly placed (on the side at 7o'clock) and results in water on counter, not matter what you do and makes it a bit inconvenient to use. The dresser is useful for hanging things only as drawers are largely useless...would be better if there were a few shelves instead. Room a bit tight, probably because of a few bags lying around because of above comment. Overall, though, a rather nice hotel. Separate issue, most of the access to rooms requires some stairs as the floors are staggered by half floor front to back (like stairways). This means about 10 steps up to most rooms. Not a problem for those having no mobility issues, but should be considered.

Staff was unbelievably friendly and available to answer any questions. On a side note; my wife and I also like to add a fun request to our stays. For this stay our request was for a picture of Henry Cavill and a box of chocolates on the night stand. We booked this trip 7 months in advance and forgot about it and were laughing when we saw gorgeous Henry staring right back at us when we entered the room. Also a handwritten note from the staff about our request. I like to think the staff enjoyed the request more than we did :)
Everything was great!

What a lovely hotel! A conversion from an old mansion, with heavy, high timbered ceilings, lovely spaces inside and out, a bar and an excellent buffet breakfast. We were upgraded to a huge room with a luxurious bathroom (nice toiletries). Our receptionist Cinthia is a credit to the Berganza; she gave us lots of tips and suggestions about places to visit, eat and just walk around. Segovia is a lovely city, with its Roman Aqueduct and Alcazar, and simply wandering around it is worth it. You can get a high speed train into Madrid in just 25 minutes, which is how we arrived in Segovia. The railway station is out of town and you'll need a bus (2.50) or a taxi. There's a very good bar restaurant nearby; turn right out of the hotel then right again, and it's there on the left. We found some of the waiters in the main historic (touristy!) areas (including the Mayor Square) rude, so our friends around the corner were a treat, the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable.
Nothing - it's a fantastic place to stay!

Our stay was perfect. We had two rooms for our family. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property is very cute and comfortable. The breakfast at the property was great as well. The only issues we had were a shower that drained slowly. We had a little water overflow to the bathroom floor in the first day. Also, it would have been nice to have blinds in the bathroom. We were in the street level. The windows were frosted, but in the evening, people outside could see our shadows moving around in the bathroom.

Everything was terrific! The staff was pleasant (and spoke good English, which was great since our Spanish is minimal). It's a beautiful and beautifully redone building, with lovely stone and tile work, definitely not run of the mill. The location is excellent, a few blocks from the busy main street but in a calmer area so it was quieter at night. There is a pleasant courtyard to sit in as well. Everything was clean and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious with a large buffet of hot and cold items. There was nothing at all about our stay that our party of four didn't like!

The property, staff, and location were all great. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Segovia and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The parking is a bit annoying as you have street parking and have to keep track of when it expires. The wifi was horrible (basically unusable). The room (207) was far too hot and the AC couldn't keep up but this could have been due to it basically being the attic and there being a heatwave.

Friendly staffs. They are patient and speak good English which made us feel comfortable and easy to communicate. Breakfast is great. I love the fruit cups. We can try different kind of fruit everyday. I tried different kind of special cheeses which I never tried before. Location is near to the metro station and city center. I don’t like the noise from the adjacent room. You can hear people talking and even the water sounds when someone using the toilet.
