Loved the hotel and the location suited us. We stayed in a Junior Suite (room 405) which was fabulous, comfy bed and pillows, great shower. The sea view was limited compared with our friends Superior Sea View Room (room 501) which was stunning! (see photo). Housekeeping left the room immaculate every day, hotel staff were lovely (especially Elias).

Air conditioning in the room was borderline, could not lower the temperature on the warmer nights. Evening buffet meals got repetitive after several days, needed more culinary varieties. The spa had issues with the steam room and the water jets not working which took a few days to fix.

The distance from Palma was easily overcome by the regular cheap bus service. Bus stop was 20 metres away and return stop was right across the road. The choice for breakfast was very good and varied. The cava was a great accompaniment. The Spa was clean, well equipped and well positioned.

Slight smell coming from wash hand basin drain. We did mention it to reception staff and it did improve slightly, but remained noticeable for the rest of our stay. However, this did not detract from the overall experience. The shower could have been slightly cleaner. Some mould showing round the base which we also found slippy when wet. Care was needed when using the shower. I understand that showers can be slippy, but a warning sign or non slip surface would help. Again this did not spoil our stay and is only mentioned for the benefit of future guests. Some building work was taking place during our stay, but I understand this needs to be done at some time and again did not affect our enjoyment.

I enjoyed the breakfast with an amazing view of the sea. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. It was a nice stay in Mallorca, in a calm and peaceful area.

The only thing that could be improved was the spa. The saunas were off when I used to come, so they were cold and I had to wait for them to heat up. Another issue was that the indoor pool temperature seemed inconsistent, one evening, it was very warm and comfortable, while on other nights it felt colder. Since it was an indoor pool and the weather outside was cold, it would have been nice if the water was consistently warmer.

Everything was amazing. The breakfast options were so many even though I am not a breakfast person. But there are great chooice of fruits which is what I love to eat in the morning. Coffee was not my fave but I know this is not specialised coffee shop so the fact that everything else is amazing I would not be picky. Room was clean, bed very comfy and I had everything I needed for my short stay. Unfortunately I did not have time to use the spa but I check it and it looked fab so I would definitely come back for longer and had the chance to use it. The staff were also very nice and kind.

Nice modern decor. Free flavoured water in lobby. Pool area spotlessly clean. Great sunbeds and umbrellas and towels. Beds really comfortable and maid service excellent.

Unfortunately we were on 5th floor and 6th floor was used for conferences. One night after a conference staff decided to move chairs and tables past midnight which woke us up. We complained to receptionist but noise continued till 12.45. The following day the manager apologised and a bottle of wine was sent to our room as an apology. Should I return to this hotel I would ask for 3rd or 4th floor

Stayed in 'Superior Double Room with Sea View'. Hotel is perfect for a quiet adult only break. Room was clean, tastefully decorated and easily large enough for our purpose. Air-Con worked well, as did the Wi-Fi signal. Shower is a large walk-in closet with Rain Shower and the water was always hot. Toilet is a separate closet with frosted glass sliding door. Sink unit is within the room but separated from the bed area by a mirrored partition. View from the balcony took in the swimming pool area and over the Bay of Palma and was nicely framed by the Pine trees around the edge of the hotel. Around the pool, there were always sufficient sun beds and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided via a ticketing system provided by the ever present life guard. Buffet breakfasts and dinners were very good. Outside the hotel there are a few small shops for food, souvenirs etc and the odd bar, but it should be noted that the area is much quieter than many others in Majorca.

Reserving of sun beds, although stated as forbidden in the literature received, still occurs without discouragement. Not the hotels fault, just selfish people.

Fabulous relaxing week, amazing views from terrace and pool. Recommend getting a full sea-view superior room Helpful and friendly staff Both buffet breakfast and dinner, great choice hot and cold dishes and option of cook to order Chilled dinner from the outdoor terrace, overlooking bay Easy access to Palma via bus (just outside hotel) runs regularly (early to late)

Illetas itself is quiet only couple of small bars, some evening entertainment in Hotel would have been great but for a laid back adult only option with great food / views its a good choice

Fifth floor room with superb views. Breakfast, good choice of both hot and cold. The room, not keen on having bathroom/toilet in bedroom. Dinner in the main was good, loved the salad, occasionally hot buffet was not hot, but like with breakfast a good selection to pick at.

The lack of a proper bar. The bar doubled as a restaurant and was soulless. It could do to be more welcoming with soft furnishings. Each night at about 11pm our room was always filled with the smell of raw sewage, having mentioned this to reception they admitted it was a known problem, query why if they knew why hadn’t they taken steps to remedy this issue.

The hotel is pretty nice, in a good/quiet location (about 10m drive to Palma) and offers a very good breakfast. There is a nice outside pool with views to the sea and there are also some SPA facilities but we didn't had time to use them - Mallorca is too beautiful :) There are a couple of supermarkets nearby. Hotel has its own parking (14 EUR/day). There is also a paid public parking near the hotel and a free public parking a little bit further away (5m walk). There is also a bus station nearby where you can catch the bus to Palma if needed.
