Immaculate apartment, everything we could possibly need. The staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed, whether that was booking taxis or recommending bike tours, they couldn’t do enough for us. The pool and terrace was lovely, super clean and just perfect at the end of a long day. The beds were so comfy too! The location is amazing, right by a bus stop that goes to city or the beach. The science museum etc is a short walk away.

This accommodation is in a building within easy reach of the City of Arts and a short taxi ride from the Valencia Airport. We stayed in a modern two bedroom flat, each bedroom with on suite bathroom. A good size living room/kitchen area with large fridge and dishwasher. There were cooking facilities in the flat and a Nespresso coffee machine. There were TVs in the main bedroom and in the living room with casting options for streaming Netflix, etc. There is also a small swimming pool and a gym on the top floor. Our flat had a small balcony with a nice view to a plaza (square) at the back and a table and chairs for eating/drinking al fresco. We spent most of the time out, walking and enjoying the sights. There are restaurants and cafes close by and a small Carrefour within 5 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our breakfast at the Dulce de Leche cafe in the mornings! The flats are cleaned every day and there were always staff in the reception area on the ground floor.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Valencia is now my favorite city in Spain!

Modern high quality apartment. We had a large one on 10th floor with twin ensuite bedrooms lovely internal space and sunny balcony. The desk staff, including Lucia, were fantastic. Cleaning staff also did a great job and were very unobtrusive (we never actually saw them). Location is on a wide avenue (although not much traffic) near the futuristic City of Arts and Science, but a long walk (or bus/bike ride) into the old quarter. There is a bus stop right outside the apartments.

Air con wasn't working properly at first, but was quickly fixed when we reported. Pool is quite small and shallow, but as expected for rooftop setting.

Great apartment, very comfortable and everything we needed was in the local area. Whole building and surrounding area was very clean. Staff were so friendly; they let us into our apartment a few hours early on arrival and allowed us to keep our electric car charging in the garage after check out. A small, local supermarket was really handy and only a 2 minute walk. Access to the washing machine and dryer was really helpful as we were there for a week. Pool area was really nice for a bit of additional outside space to chill. If we ever come back to Valencia we would definitely stay here again. Couldn’t fault it!

Would have rated it higher but one staff member was not nice . We had some difficulty with the apartment door not opening on second day with our keycard. Had been up for 20 hours due to flight issues, so I was not in problem solving mode. She had a terrible attitude, and kept making me go up & down while she kept doing the same thing to my keycard. It was not working. Finally my son solved the issue when she reluctantly came upstairs with us, and she seemed to think it was our fault. While in reality it would have been nice if she had given us options as to what could have been causing our door not to open . Very unfriendly staff.

Amazing aparthotel, located within short walk from Ciudad de las Ciencias but also within easy reach of the old town and beach. Rooms really spacious, comfortable, modern. Everything exactly as advertised. Perfect for a luxurious break in Valencia especially great if you are travelling with small children. Staff at the reception delightful.

- Swimming pool - water not heated, was ok with me but too cold for my wife and child. Pool itself really nice with great views. - Washing machine - additional cost, only one washing machine and dryer - No USB ports in the room - only able to charge appliances if you have a converter

We were positively surprised by the size of the apartment: living room / kitchen + two bedrooms with their own fully-equipped bathrooms. Perfect for 2+2 family with teenagers. The room was quiet, we had a back view with no car traffic. The whole building looks like freshly renovated, with a no-frills pleasant design. There are quite a few restaurants / cafes around and a shopping mall nearby. A few bus lines serve the area, one stops almost in front of the hotel. The cycling infrastructure is also very well developed.

- No clothes space at the room entrance, not even a coat hanger. Both bedrooms had (doorless) wardrobes but only good for hanging some shirts. - A/C is a bit tricky to use. Turns itself off when opening windows but doesn't automatically turn back on. - Valencia is not a small city, so the advertised "walking distance" might be quite a distance in reality. For example, it takes around 45min to walk to the city centre (or to the beach), so rather plan using the public transport or a car.

The location of the hotel is excellent: few minutes walk to the science museum, various concert halls and oceanarium. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and coffee shops around. The staff is very welcoming, reception is great. New building, all features are new and contemporary.

The sound insulation wasn't great. We could hear people above and in the next room. Shower could be better, it takes time to adjust to desired temperature, shower head was broken (reported to reception). And pillows - way too firm. Foam pillows are not for everyone. And there wasn't any other option for softer ones.

The apartment was excellent. It didn’t have an oven but did have a hob and microwave. Coffee pods were replaced every morning. Apartment was cleaned daily and bed sheets changed a couple of times during the stay. Staff were all really friendly and very helpful. Great location, number 19 bus stopped right outside the apartment building which brought you into town. The number 19 on the other side of the street brought you into the beach. The pool is quite small and can be busy at times but it was so good to be able to have a quick dip when the weather was so hot. There is a small gym which had everything you would need for a workout. Washing machine and dryer are available to use which was very handy. Would highly recommend staying here.

The pillow

Everything is Very comfortable and clean, beds, kitchen, toilet, ...big apartment, very calm. The AC is excellent. Furniture are new. The kitchen is well equipped easy to make breakfast and lunch. Many shopping Malls in the near , easy to go. Bus station under the apartment. The staff in reception are very nice and helpful. Near many museums, Aquarium, shops, restaurants etc... Strongly recommended. If we will visit Valencia we will come again.
