Spacious bathroom is a big plus for me. Comfortable bed. The location is nice ( supermarket is few minutes walk, cafe). Metro line is around 7 minutes walk.

Breakfast doesn’t have a big variety of products. First time I found that hotel doesn’t have coffee machine which can make different types of coffee like latte, cappuccino and others, only espresso/americano. One thing was strange for me, there is a bottle of water in the room as a present but you need to have an opener and sure they don’t have it in the room.

Excellent breakfast! Looooot of options. Lange room and bathroom, well equiped - air-conditioner, fridge, hairdryer, safe. Kind staff. Good location - quite near to the beach, not so far from city centre. Near to metro station /going to city center and airport/ but is was not operating during summer 2025. Near to supermarket, drugstore, pharmacy etc. Huge shopping centre few minutes from the hotel. Very clean room.

I know that I ticked that I prefer quiet room but the view to the small inner roofed yard was strange and without privacy. Sometimes noise - I heard phone call from the room next to me, door bangs etc.

This is definitely a good hotel. Rooms and bathroom are comfortable, neat and tidy. I stayed here for several days and was in two different rooms. As far as I know, there are two types of rooms. One type of room has a small vestibule behind the hallway door. In that vestibule, a second door leads to the actual bedroom and a third door to the bathroom. I found this to be the best type of room. In other rooms, the hallway door leads directly to the bedroom with bathroom (so without that small vestibule). My room on the 6th floor looked out onto an inner courtyard. The other room on the 5th floor looked out onto the street at the back of the hotel. In both rooms, there was no noise from outside. The breakfast buffet is very good and offers various options. You can also ask the staff for something extra: such as fried eggs. The staff at the reception and in the bar/restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful. A number of meals can be enjoyed in the evening. Not on Sundays. The hotel is located just outside the city centre. You can get there with metro lines 5 and 7, both of which have a stop in Ayora. From Colón (in the centre of Valencia), Ayora is the 4th station (towards Marítim). You can also take line 5 at the airport (also towards Marítim). When you arrive in Ayora, choose the exit Calle Jerónimo de Monsoriu / Calle de la Industria. Not the other exit. From there it is only 5 minutes to Av. del Port.

A small peculiar remark perhaps is that in the hotel the staff who takes care of the rooms move their towels, sheets, etc. with trolleys, on wheels of course. When they drive through the hall with those trolleys, it sounds like you're hearing a metro. Not that the staff drives wildly or makes a lot of noise themselves. Not at all. But those wheels make a noticeable sound. Of course the staff works from early in the morning. That's why I recommend choosing a room with a vestibule. Strange that no one else wrote this in the comments.

The best thing about the property was their employees, all of them were very helpful and friendly. Even though we booked a standard room, it was quite spacious and perfect for two people. On the first floor there is a small cafeteria where you can watch football in the evening. The location is also ok, 30-40 minutes walking distance to both - the beach and the city center, very close to the metro station (direct line from the airport). Overall, good value for money

The building is very old and needs total renovation. It is not soundproof and I woke up several time because of people talking in their rooms or someone in the hallway. Amenities and facilities in the rooms need to be replaced with the new ones.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found a few positive aspects: the room was quiet, clean, and had a small terrace, which was nice. The breakfast staff were also attentive and welcoming.

However, several issues need improvement. The room furniture is very old, and the plastic furniture on the terrace feels cheap—not what you'd expect from a hotel in this chain. The terrace itself lacked charm; even a simple plant could have made it more inviting. The bed was only 90 cm wide, which is far too small for an adult and unacceptable given the price of the room. There was no courtesy tray (no kettle, tea, or coffee), and no complimentary bottle of water on arrival. The quality of the breakfast food was very low-end, despite the good service. In the room, there was no phone number available to contact reception. Lastly, there was no dedicated space to freshen up or change after check-out, which is inconvenient for guests with evening flights.

Great staff, Victor in the restaurant a really nice fella, everyone at the desk were great, lady at the bar superb.

Restaurant coffee machines were poor, I've been in far cheaper places that had machines with Latte and Cappuccino these had nothing but Americano and super strong less appealing options. Cereals weren't great , again 4 types and not the best. Everything else appeared fine. I did see a lady get a cappuccino on my last day so maybe you have to ask??? Should have better machines tbh

Great location with convenient walking distances to key attractions (Mestalla 20 min, Oceanografic 15 min, beach 15 min, city centre 25 min). Enjoyed a good breakfast and encountered exceptionally polite staff.

Room 225 was quite noisy, likely due to its proximity to the elevator, and the walls seemed to be quite thin.

All very nice. One thing that is missing big time is a ramp for entering the hotel the stroller/wheelchair/people who cannot do the stairs. There is about 10 stairs from the street to the hotels ground floor/reception. We travelled with a 1 year old child and a stroller. Every single time leaving and coming back we had to carry it up and down the stairs. When asked the receptionists if we could acrivate the wheelchair lift istalled by the stairs, they said no and no alternative to carrying the stroller up and doen the stairs all the time.

Friendly staff at the reception and a good location. The hairdryer is great and also has a nozzle - which is rare to see. The reception is renovated and looks nice.

No iron and ironing board, no slippers, no bathrobes. No toilet brush in the bathroom - which is very odd. Excluding the ground floor and reception, the hotel feels very outdated and has unpleasant wood and mold smells throughout. The rooms are very poorly soundproofed. Overall, it was decent for one night, but we wouldn't have stayed longer than that.

I was visiting Valencia for work. Strategic position for the city centre, the port and the university, you are 25 minutes in distance to reach all these places. Well served with public transport and 5min walking to the metro for the airport. The hotel has a small but very useful gym, and a nice hall where you can spend time and work. The breakfast is great, the staff too. The rooms are spacious and clean and have all the essentials you need.
