Very nice breakfast. Convenient location in front of the palacio de congresos for businesses

The windows of the room were not sound proof enough. There was some bar/club nearby going on until 2-5am. You could hear the chatter of people and the music from our room in floor 8th

Staff were all wonderful. Everything was spotless. We chose this location as it worked for us. We have family nearby. Breakfast was excellent and again the staff were really amazing. The room for children's activities on the 2nd floor was fantastic. My grandchildren loved it there. Eva was absolutely great and the room was beautifully laid out. What a lovely place for children to come together and be cool and safe. The pool staff were lovely too.

I have no negative comments. However the dining room and pool menus are very limited and the choice could be enlargeed. Having said that all the food we had was delicious and beautifully served.

Excellent hotel, at a great price with spacious rooms :-) The breakfast was exceptional - a fantastic range of food to suit all guests and very hard-working staff, all so friendly & pleasant. The hotel even had a room filled with toys & games for the kids. We had two rooms near to each other, a suite which was very spacious, and a standard double room. The hotel is located at the edge of the city on a main thoroughfare. There are lots of transport options into the city centre and lots of eateries within walking distance. Underground parking at the hotel with a price of €21 for 24h. I can recommend this hotel for a family stay.

Very few negatives. The couch in the suite was badly stained and in need of replacement. Otherwise, everything was lovely.

Huge comfortable bed. View to the swimming pool. Parking easy in a public car park adjoining the hotel. Lots of bars and cafes within easy walking distance. Helpful reception staff. Buffet breakfast had a good range of foods for every taste.

Not so much didn't like but there was a strange glass screen and sliding door within the bathroom that separated the washbasin area from the toilet, bidet and bath. Seemed unnecessary. Lighting in bathroom was bad so that there was very little light over the bath/shower so seriously difficult to read the instructions on the water/heat of the shower. The light in the "enclosed area" needed to be nearer to the bath.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The rooms are large and well furnished with a minibar for convenience and the prices are not that high. It was clean and the view from 11th floor was amazing, especially with all the fireworks in the city. Breakfast is good, and the staff were helpful and nice.

Even if the pool is heated and covered it is still cold in the pool area. Some air heater would have been nice to have inside that cover when it is bad weather.

The staff were all very pleasant. Our room was on the 11th floor and there were plenty of lifts. The room was enormous (it was a Junior Suite) with a bedroom with plenty of clothes storage, a sitting area, a dining area and a good big bathroom. We had tea and coffee making equipment including a Nespresso machine. Everything was very clean. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, but used the café for some of our meals and were never disappointed. The gym area was well equipped and in good condition. The 99 bus goes from just outside the hotel all the way to the commercial centre of the city, and there are other buses from across the road to the old town. There are lots of good eating places within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Provision of tea and coffee sachets and Nespresso pods in the room could have been more generous, and I was disappointed to find that the swimming pool wasn't big enough for an adult to swim in.

We had a junior suite and it was excellent. My only criticism would be that they were rather reluctant to replace the coffee pods and milk in the room. The breakfast was wonderful with a huge choice - if you like cake there was a choice of 3! More choice of fruit would be my preference. Otherwise it was wonderful.

We wish that they had a proper restaurant for evening meals. The cafe om the bar was good but a hotel of this size should have somewhere that you can get a proper evening meal with proper service. There were some fabulous places to eat about 15 min walk away.

A nice clean hotel, We had a standard room which was a good size enough room for a couple of chairs & table. It had minibar/fridge - But it would have been nice to have had tea & coffee in the room. Great breakfasts (so much choice😋) We only had one evening meal at the hotel, we chose the bar, but the menu had a good selection & was reasonably priced. It's a little way from the City Centre, but the metro system is really easy to navigate, Beneferri station is a short walk away. And highly recommend the 10 trip ticket - zone A only was just 4.00euro (plus 1.00euro when you first buy the card) & you can get round all of the city centre as well as down to the beach on it. The Palau Congress Tram stop is closer (behind the hotel), which runs across the top of the city & down to the beach - we only used it one evening but it did seem to be very popular (busy), maybe because it passes the university. Overall though love Valencia and would definitely consider the hotel if we ever go again.

The pool wasn't open, it was one of the reasons we chose it. (and didn't see any notes about it being closed when booking) And as mentioned above it would have been nice to have tea/Coffee/Kettle in the room

The location was good! At every corner you could find a restaurant, a casino, gas station, car wash, Café, taxis. The breakfast was great! But can be boring over time, eating the same every time is not fun… but I’m a peaky eater, so I guess it’s not that bad for people who eat everything. The Cakes, Fruit and the freshly pressed orange juice were AMAZING! The Pool was a little small for me but a great place to just chill and enjoy the sun. The Smoothies and the Food on the terrace/pool were delicious. The Team was really helpful and friendly. I liked the Hotel very much.

The room could’ve been bigger and the breakfast with more selection. We hated that the parking is 20€ per day. We parked at the public street on the side of the hotel just for 4 days… our window got smashed. SO better PAY THE 20€ PER DAY!! And DO NOT leave your car too long in the city without cameras around!!

The hotel was a very typical congress hotel - clean, maintained, impersonal. The breakfast is superb, you just need book it in advance if you want a better price. Location is ok, business district, not so much fun to do close by, however there is a taxi station next to the hotel and you will likely pay 10-20e for transport to the center. There are also public transport stops somewhere nearby.

The reception does not answer their phone when you call from the room. Elevators are very slow, the hotel is has 13 floors so it might take a while.
